These guys have helped with my residential plumbing problems three time and are always professional and on time.

Good crew. Didnt quit on my clogged drain. Prices did just go up but still fairly priced.

They are kind and trustworthy. I can always count on them to get our plumbing problems fixed.

Repaired an exterior water spigot for a fair price and did exactly what I expected. Didn't try to charge me for "diagnostics" and other BS. Very pleased.

Fixed a crossover problem (hotwater bleeding into cold). They methodically checked out the problem until they found the issue, fixed it and stayed long enough to be sure it was fixed. The price was reasonable and the guys very polite.

Arrived on time. Very courteous and thorough. Took the time to make sure it wasn't more than I thought it was, and did the job quickly and at a good price. Didn't try to sell me anything and cleaned the area when they were done. Thank you so much! PPS is now my go-to for plumbing needs.

Very fast service. Person who answered the phone was extremely helpful. The problem was minor, but I have confidence in the expertise of the plumber who diagnosed the problem based on my conversation with him. Would definitely call again.

We had an issue with the drain line from our washer and kitchen sink that was not re-connected by the plumbing company a previous owner had had to run a new drain to the city main. Professional came in and gave us an estimate and they completed the job for what they quoted and for how long they said it would take. The guys doing the work were very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future as well as recommend to others that need plumbing work.

Charlie and Mark are the best. My husband and I could not be more pleased with their work. They took their time, and didn’t give up until our problems were resolved. The price was very reasonable. They were quick to respond to our call. Very happy with their work, and would highly recommend to anybody looking for good, reliable plumbers.

I received a very high water bill from the City of Norman. It appeared go be a bad leak. I called P.P.S. yesterday and they had an opening today. They came our and began the hunt for the leak.
Knowledge and experience brought them to the answer fairly quickly(without digging up my yard).

The repair was finished and they tested the system for another leak but found none. I am extremely happy with the friendly way the plumber explained the situation. Fortunately the repair was on the cheaper side but I would have had no problem signing off on a complete water service replacement.

I will not hesitate to call Professional Plumbing Services in the future. Very happy customer!!!

Bad service they are too expensive and lazy

No warranty on their work so it's pointless.

Didn’t even go as far as having them service a building we needed worked on. The lady that answered the phone this morning was very unprofessional and rude. It’s sad you have someone like her representing a company that has the name professional in it. Her attitude is just as bad as most plumbers work I have seen… nasty 🤮

I would not recommend this plumbing company. We made an appointment for some work critical to be done one week in advance and was told they would be there Monday to do the work. I confirmed the appt Friday. Called again Monday and they did finally show. The 2 men looked at the job and then told us they would be back in one week, the next Monday, to do the job. I fired them then called Mullins plumbing who sent one man out later the same day. He completed the job in a little over on hour. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
