Always favored Winnelson over the big alternative store until they started charging for water heaters returned with an RMA. If/when they get their money, they’ll forget to give the refund they promise. Water heaters under warranty aren’t under warranty if we have to buy them after being told to bring them to you for EXCHANGE by the manufacturer. Nobody else abuses their loyal customers this badly…not even your competitor.
