I had an appointment set up for between 9-9:30 to have my air conditioner tuned up. After waiting to hear from them the day of, finally at close to 11 I got a text message (after calling 3 times and texting to try and confirm we still we meeting up) that no one was coming. There wasn’t even an apology or concern for the fact that we had been waiting for almost 2 hours just for them to cancel. We will be going to a different company in hopes that they will be more customer considerate to everyone and not someone that will brush us off without even a hint of compassion for that fact that we, too, need our air conditioner serviced. Had someone reached out prior to the scheduled service and showed us an ounce of respect, they wouldn’t have lost our business.
