I’ve used this service before and this time I had three trees removed and some serious trimming on several others. The owner and the crew discussed the work at the initial bid and submitted the work and price in a written proposal. On the day of the work, they reviewed all the work to be done and throughout the day as the work progressed. They were professional and courteous. One tree was on my neighbor’s property and they communicated with my neighbor and confirmed their permission before doing the work. Everyone was satisfied.

The crew was awesome and very professional. They quickly completed my requests with no hassle. I miss my trees but they needed to go and in 8 hours, 1 very large tree and 2 medium sized trees were history. They even had to take down a panel of fence so they could get their machines in the back yard. I got some more things I need done and I will be calling Rickrts to do it. I contacted Rickert Tree Services to assist me in cleaning up storm damaged trees after the April tornado in Owasso. Mr. Rickert and 2 of his assistants met me at my home, and we discussed the work needing to be done. They provided an estimate in writing on the spot prior to leaving and reassured me that there was no rush to proceed. After accepting their quote, one of their crews came and performed their services. They were very professional and took precautions by laying down platforms in my yard to prevent major damage while operating machinery. Overall, communication and professionalism were top-notch! I would gladly recommend Rickert Tree Services to anyone wanting tree work done the right way at a fair price.

The Rickert employees were thoughtful, polite, and friendly. They did a great job, and cleaned up perfectly. I will definitely use them again next time!

Well, where do I begin? They showed up at 8 o’clock. They started working at 10 o’clock after getting everything set up and prepared to go. I have a tree that’s over 110 years old and it was 102°. They worked from 8 o’clock until 530 took a lunch break and other than that it was busy busy busy hats off to all three of them Job very satisfied clean up after work and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet so if you need a tree company, this is the place to go

Estimate was very, very reasonable to have 3 trees removed from a fence line and the stumps ground. Work ethic of crew was outstanding and their efforts to protect the lawn despite the recent storms was very commendable. If you need tree work done make sure they are contacted. Three guys worked on my trees for about 7 hours! They knew what they were doing, I watched in awe at how competently they moved through the trees knowing where to make appropriate cuts. They cleaned up everything and hauled away all the brush. They were efficient and friendly. Great work!

I couldn't be happier with the job done by Rickerts Tree Service. They were very thorough during the evaluation and quote process. They did exactly what they said they would in the time frame they said it would be done in. They had to work with my neighbors to get access to the trees and be able to haul off what was cut down and they didn't an outstanding job of working with all parties involved. I truly can't recommend them enough. They were amazing.

We recently reached out to Rickert Tree Service and Todd came over and gave us an estimate for my mother's trees. They were in desperate need of some TLC. After receiving the estimate, we scheduled a visit. They showed up and kicked out the needed trimming and thoroughly cleaned up the yard and hauled off all of the debris.

We were very pleased with Andrew and the team for their attention to detail as well as the brief overview Todd provided on the initial visit regarding tree health and some previously incorrect trimmings that had occurred by other tree services.

Andrew, Colton, Justin Wilson and Jason Rohner showed up as scheduled. They discussed everything that was going to be done and immediately got to it. They cleaned up everything after they were done and were done in a timely manor. I will definitely call on them again.

Todd is very knowledgeable about trees and his craft. I had an overgrown cypress tree that needed some love. Todd came to my house and explained what would be best and shared useful knowledge about my specific tree. He was able to schedule my project pretty quickly. The crew that came out was very courteous and took care of my property. I ended up adding some work and the crew kindly took care of my extra request. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Contracted to remove trees on a multi home property. They are actively removing every tree that shaded my home. They removed the tree that my dog looked forward to peeing on. He is mourning for a tree, y'all. I see this causing massive erosion issues among other negative consequences of the indiscriminate removal of trees. Nobody will take accountability for this, including the person overseeing the project on site. Everybody claims they have "no choice" in the matter.

This is my 2nd time using Rickert  and I am beyond satisfied. The office lady was very helpful with scheduling the estimate and answering all my questions. Every time Todd comes out he is very knowledgeable on what needs to be done and always gives me a fair price. When the crew came out it was a cold and snowy day and they still did a phenomenal job removing 5 of my trees and trimming some others. I can always depend on Rickert and will continue using their services for my tree projects and recommending them to my friends.

Arborist Jason Trent conducted a thorough assessment of the damage sustained by my 50’ to 60’ pecan tree in the backyard, a result of the 100 mph winds in June 2023. Following our discussion about the available options, Jason promptly provided a detailed quote for the tree removal. Several weeks later, Todd and Caleb from Rickert Tree Service arrived with a crane, scissor lift, skid loader, and an array of tools to carry out the tree removal.

True to their commitment, the team executed the removal with precision, utilizing their equipment seamlessly. The process included a flawless tree removal and stump grind. Notably, Todd, Caleb, and the entire team ensured a meticulous cleanup of all debris from both the lawn and the street. Throughout the job, they maintained open communication, keeping me informed of their progress.

Very happy with the work done on my trees. This is the 5th time I’ve used Rickert Tree Service at my home. I’ve called on them for storm damage as well as general maintenance to my trees. I’ve never been disappointed. They are talented and have the equipment to do any job. They always clean up the area after the job nicely. The guys are polite and courteous. The price is fare, (not cheap) but fair. I will always be a customer. If there were stars for ratings I’d give them at least 10:)

I had a large limb on an elm tree crack and fall on another large tree. I needed a reputable company with the tools and expertise to remove the limb with minimal damage to the other trees. So I called Rickert and am very glad I did. They had the expertise and the equipment to get the job done efficiently. While they were here I had them remove limbs that were growing toward the house and limbs that were dead or growing into other trees. They removed tall and heavy limbs that I could never do with my pole saw. They were very good about laying down mats to protect my grass and avoid sprinkler heads. They removed tree trimmings that I had in a pile which saved me a trip to the dump. They also cut some of the logs into firewood for my outdoor fire pit. I would definitely recommend for any complicated or demanding application where there is no room for mistakes.

This was an excellent experience. The task seemed daunting, removing two huge diseased trees 20 feet from my home, but as the morning wore one, I, like all my neighbors, were fascinated watching the process. When the team arrived (on time, I might add) they politely introduced themselves then staked out their plan to tackle the project. They worked efficiently as a team; and they worked the entire morning. No one was talking on their phone; no one was texting; they used every minute to get the job done. They laid a large plastic like “bridge” from the road to the back of the house which protected my yard; next came a huge, red low to the ground tank like machine with a bucket on the front; that carried one worker to the tops of the trees to start cutting them apart. And amazingly, this massive equipment was remote controlled. The operator had a large “fanny pack” box around his waist with controls like a giant x-box.
This operator’s job was to go up the tree in the bucket and chain saw each piece. A second giant piece of equipment was parked in my driveway with an arm that reached all the way over my home to the top of the trees. It had a massive “claw” at the top which would hold the branch or part of the trunk as the man in the bucket sawed them off, one by one. It, too, was remote controlled. That man with the “fanny pack” was on the ground working the arm & the claw. The “fanny pack” duo could communicate with each other with headsets.
The giant arm would hold the branch while being cut, then very slowly lower it to the drive; another worker would cut it into smaller pieces; a second worker would move it about 20 feet away while they waited for the next branch. (I use the term “branch” loosely here; each one looked like a large tree.) Once finished, a large Rickert truck picked all of it up, the men cleaned the entire area, moved back any yard items they had to move, said their good-byes, and on to the next job.
It was fascinating to watch. And most importantly, they worked efficiently, safely for themselves and my home, and I feel much safer now not worrying that those 2 huge diseased trees could take me and my home out in the next Oklahoma windstorm.
Bottom line, if you need this done, hire them in a minute. What Jason promised, their team delivered. Excellent!!!
