Mark was responded promptly and was effective in cleaning out and restoring the air flow through our dryer vent. He also checked our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers and offered recommendations for improving fire safety and prevention throughout the house.

Mark is amazing! He is detailed and does a thorough job. He has replaced all of our smoke detectors and has cleaned out our dryer vent. As a bonus he checked our fire extinguisher and we found out they expired 17 years ago. He instructed us on what to go and buy.

Wow, I can’t speak enough great things about Mark & Fire House Dryer Vent Cleaning! Little did I know, my dryer was not venting/drying properly & I didn’t even realize there were external vents needing to be cleaned! Mark came the day after I called, before promised time, and was so professional and thorough with the initial job we called about. He also quickly inspected our fire and CO2 alarms and little did we know they all were out of date & some not even working or communicating with each other! He also was able to inspect our fire extinguishers to make sure everything was in good working order. Pricing is very reasonable & absolutely needed in any household or business. Firehouse Dryer Vent Cleaning is a truly wonderful service. This is the 2nd time we have had the service performed even though last year we were advised we could wait 3 or 4 years before we needed it again. I can tell we really needed it now as once Mark came and cleaned out our dryer again, the amount of lint we find when we pull out the tray each time we use the dryer is much less. Arrived on time, cleaned my 30 feet of dryer vent well and tidied up afterward. Also went above & beyond by doing a safety inspection of my fire alarms and fire extinguishers. After a dryer repair, Firehouse Dryer Vent Cleaning was recommended. The process was so professional with texts and a pic of who to expect. Mark cleaned the vent, made recommendations on fire safety, checked my smoke alarms and fire extinguishers to see if they were still good. Great experience. We will use them again!

Professional and nice. Did the job perfectly for my rooftop output vent. Ensured the whole vent was cleared and checked the air speed on the output side. Cleaned up everything! Highly recommend and the price wasn’t bad at all!

Had water in the dryer vent, which hardened the lint after drying and restricted airflow to 10mph. After the cleaning we got a 13.8mph rating.

My dryer kept popping thermal fuses. The vent cleaning fixed the thermal fuses from popping and my cloths dry in 1 run instead of needing multiple cycles.

10/10 would recommend!
