We had a leak in our house from the outside water faucet and Alex came the next morning to fix it, he was very helpful and seemed to know what he was doing. The pricing was very reasonable, I would reccomend them to anyone in the area.

I will never use them again since this is not the first time I have had a problem with their work. I called them out to fix a leak and was told that I had leak in the yard service line and a leak past the house shut off valve. How could he have known that I had a leak past the house shutoff valve if he had not have seen it? I had to call Sweet's several times trying to find out the answer to that question and never got a satisfactory answer after 4 days for a return call. I was charged $180.00 for the call and was given an estimate of $850 to $2000 to fix my leak. He dug up a few scoops of dirt around my water meter which he left the large clumps of dirt on top of the ground instead of filling the hole properly. He took off several pieces of my skirting and left them unattached where he had looked for a leak. I finally got enough money saved to have another plumber come out only to find that I did not have a leak in my yard line and the leak past the house shut off valve was plainly visible when one unattached panels was removed. I called in to Sweet's and ask to speak to the owner about this issue 3 days ago and still have not heard from them. I find that unacceptable and not a good way to run a business. I feel I should be refunded my money due to the fact Sweet's man obviously did not know what he was doing. I will be contacting the BBB as well.
