Had a great experience with Ridgeback. They were very professional during the entire process. I really appreciated their handling of the insurance process. When the insurance denied parts of my claim, Ridgeback brought out a drone and provided high quality photos to my adjuster. I didn't have to get in the middle of it. Ridgeback handled it all.

Darrell was very responsive to all calls and texts. He made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I did have to stay on top of one of the contractors to remind them of one of the job requirements but it was handled quickly and without question.

Really appreciate Darrell and team. Highly recommended. (I even recommended them to my boss)

A great company that does a great job. I had a hard time finding a company to come out to my area who also worked on metal roofs but once I spoke to Brennon things got rolling quickly. He came out the next day, got a quote worked up quickly and the repairs were under way the next week. Communication was great and the team that did the work was professional and really worked hard to get everything done right. Highly recommend

We used Ridgeback based on the reviews to fix a portion of our siding that was causing rain to leak into our ceiling. They were busy with then recent storms, but they responded in a timely fashion. They were professional and knowledgeable about residential siding being able to locate what was causing the leak. Would recommend them and use them again in the future!!!!

We received excellent work from Ridgeback Roofing. They were here when they said they would come and did what they said they would do. From our first contact with Darrell and his crew to the last, they did an excellent job. Working in extreme heat they were able to do a great job in the amount of time they said it would take. Darrell was so much help to us at a difficult time, he helped us get our roof and gutters done quickly while neighbors were still waiting for there weeks later. We recommend this company if you need roofing!

Absolutely amazed by these guys. We had to get our roof replaced last year after the Claremore tornado. They offered a great price, quality work and quick response. Our neighbors were impressed enough to use the same company. Unfortunately, this year we took damage from the Owasso tornado. Darrell was responsive, helpful and charged way less than he should have for the minor repairs. Minor repairs is an important point because all of the fencing and items in the back yard were destroyed, but the roof only had minor impact damage from debris. The wind itself left it unphased.

He was here all along from being here when the insurance inspectors were here (both times) to bringing me roofing samples to scheduling the job itself. The actual roofers were great too. Our roof was showing it's age and after some recent storms it was time to replace it on our home and shop. We got 4 different estimates and decided to use Ridgeback Roofing. We do not regret our decision. Ridgeback was not the absolute cheapest estimate, but Brenan provided the most detailed estimates, provided quick communication and follow-up to questions. His crew arrived early on the day agreed upon and got to work! They removed the roofs from both buildings, had the new roof on, and cleanup was spotless in about 6 1/2 hrs. They took care around my wife's flower beds and even put all the decorative fencing back around the flowerbeds that I had removed to make it easier on them.
We also had decided to replace our siding which was deteriorating and rotted in some places. Brennan hooked us up with "Grimeax Painting & Repair" (separate review coming) for that part of the job and we are completely pleased with that as well.

Darrell and his team did a tremendous job on our home. He told me they could put our roof on in one day so I was skeptical. They did it! His follow through was great. His team also has a network of very good repairmen and painters. We used that network to fix and paint several lingering projects while here. I’d highly recommend them.

First let me start by saying, I would’ve given them a 10 stars or more, but there is only 5 stars. Ridgeback Roofing and Construction was referred to me by a different roofing company which I’m not going to lie I was nervous. My other roofing company couldn’t make it because of being swamped with the recent tornados in Claremore Oklahoma. I can honestly say after completion it is truly one of my best experiences I’ve had getting repairs made. From start to finish there was not one problem and my new roof looks fantastic. Brennon the manager came out on the first day and was very professional and took charge of my repairs. He handled everything with my insurance company. Threw out the whole project he kept me informed and was onsite inspecting the job to make sure it was done right. They showed up on time as promised and completed my house in one day. They respected my property and they cleaned up everything when it was done. Some of the hardest working people I’ve met. I also needed new leaf guards replaced on my gutters that got damaged in the storm. He had a gutter company that he used and I can’t say enough about them as well, absolutely fantastic job. I am from a older generation and retired and I told Brennon when the job was completed it made my heart feel good seeing the younger generation working so hard and making a career by doing the right things and being so honest. I highly recommend Ridgeback Roofing to anyone that wants the job done right. Very professional and I will definitely use them in future projects. Ten star ⭐️ company. Highly recommend Ridgeback Roofing. Had hail damage from the May storm and Darrell was extremely helpful with the insurance claim, and all the steps to getting a new roof. The crew finished in one day and left my yard in great shape. Very professional company.

Darrell came and gave me an estimate, walked through what to expect, and worked directly with my insurance company. The crew showed up at the time stated and started right in to work. They did a fantastic job and after clean up you wouldn't know they had been there. I will recommend them to my friends and they will be welcomed back next time I need a roof.

Ridgeback Roofing was excellent to work with. Darrell worked around my schedule for appts and discussions.
My roof and gutters had extensive hail damage from a recent storm. Insurance estimated shingles and gutter repair. Once the roofers removed our damaged shingles and saw how bad our decking was, Darrell called to tell me it needed replaced too. But not to worry, he would take pictures and document everything in order for insurance to cover it, which they did. Even though the new decking made the job last longer than expected, they worked until the job was done. That was a relief knowing my roof wouldn't be exposed overnight. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I found very few nails or material left in my yard. The gutters were completed in one day and had excellent installation. All work was completed under my home insurance deductible price. I would recommend Ridgeback Roofing for your roof and gutters needs.
