Keaton from Air Solutions came to my home this afternoon to work on a plumbing repair in the yard.
He arrived punctually and got the job done quickly. Keaton is an excellent plumber; he always shows up on time and does a great job.
I have been an Air Solutions customer for four years, and they have always done excellent work.

Nathan with Air Solutions was Awesome! He arrived when he said he would and he was nice and professional. Gave my heating system a tuneup and explained other services provided by Air Solutions! Will definitely use them in the future!

Justin was my hvac tech very professional and did attempt to help fix my furnace which is very old. The only option due to the system being so old was to replace the furnace. I spoke with Mike a sales representative for Air solutions and he presented some good options on replacement. Not pushy on sales and found great discounts.

Was able to get a quick appointment and they worked with me on my schedule. The tech called and showed up on time. Was very respectful and got done quickly. Will definitely be using them again and also getting a membership !

Our furnace-connected humidifier needed a new internal water canister, as the house had been very dry since the recent cold wave it and was obviously not working correctly.
Technician arrived same-day, because of Green Club membership, and quickly replaced with a new one.
Humidity is rising again to a comfortable level and Green Club membership meant the $90 service charge was waived along with the 10% discount on parts.

I'm a 6 year customer of Air Solutions. I appreciate their kind, courteous staff. Mtnc visits feel like a time with friends. Good work and honest feedback from their crews. Timely reminders from office staff and good use of electronic medium to keep us informed of arrival times. I get great documentation of all technician saw and worked on. I utilize the 2/yearly maintenance plan and appreciate I can book both Spring and Fall visits well in advance.

Nathan serviced my central heating furnaces this morning.

I had scheduled the A/C units to be serviced today, too; but it was below freezing outside. I asked if we could postpone the A/C units for warmer weather. Nathan talked to the office for me and took care of it, so I did not have to deal with it.

He was polite, friendly, and seemed to take care of everything efficiently. I always have liked Air Solutions techs, and Nathan is no exception.

Got me up and running in no time! They were able to locate the issue almost immediately. The response time was very impressive! Excellent customer service. All around a great experience.

I have been doing business with air solutions for a long time and have never been disappointed with anything. Very thoughtful service guys. Always a joy to deal with them. Carson explained everything he was doing. Showed me how to work the thermostat settings. And got me set up with electrical service for a problem I'm having. Wonderful people to do business with. I've recommended you to several friends.

Nathan did an excellent job installing our water softener. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything in detail so we knew exactly how it worked. Great service and highly recommend Torch!

Amazing service! They worked with us to make sure we had the best experience possible. We had the pipes replaced in half of our house and they took such good care of us, and even cleaned the house up so nice when they were done. Everybody from the lady on the phone to each service professional who we worked with were top notch! We will ALWAYS use torch for all of our plumbing and heat and air needs! We called Torch out for a slight plumbing issue and they surpassed our expectations! JD and Owen were on time for their scheduled appointments and were highly professional. JD helped solve our plumbing issue. He did a walk through on the rest of our plumbing and reported his findings. Owen was the tech who worked on making sure our HVAC system was working properly and cleaned out. We highly recommend Torch for your plumbing HVAC needs!

Had Torch come out to fix our A/C unit. The capacitor and condenser blower motor were out. They installed capacitor but had to order motor with fan blade. Paid for capacitor and they provided price and parts should arrive 3 days later. That night I pulled my documents from when unit was installed new and this should have been a warranty repair, called Trane next morning and they verified. Called Torch and they said the Tech "forgot" to check for warranty. Parts arrived 8 days later instead of 3, temps were in the 90s. They installed parts while we were out of town. Came home and motor rattled while running. I did not want Torch to come out to fix, don't have a good feeling about them, so I called someone else out and paid them. Seems the blade on the motor was bent causing noise. Tech should have heard this when he started A/C and corrected it but didn't. Just beware..

Daniel was quick and courteous. Very professional technicians and company. They replaced our entire HVAC system. Our wait to get on the schedule was the next day.
