The workers and office personnel are very nice and polite. They know what they are doing. They are a little expensive but are fast and professional.

Wasted 3 months of my time telling me they would submit my service upgrade, then after calling for the 3rd time of the week with no response for 2 weeks, told me there’s no time to submit my work. You are better off with gettingElectrocuted with a key in your hand then dealing with this company

Total Electric of Oklahoma installed new electrical service in my home. The installation included a new service box, breakers, GFI's, etc., and made my house safe. The work was absolutely top notch and professional in every respect. Cheerful attitude and stayed with it until finished. You won't find any neater and well done work than what they will do for you. Total Electric scheduled my appt quickly for a diagnostics concerning my higher than normal electric bill. My technician was on time for my appt. He worked efficiently and promptly to find the problem. He willingly visited with my appliance tech support to order the needed products and did a safety inspection on my home.

Total Electric's customer service is 5 Star! Service the next day, complete inspection while repair I requested being made. Decided to have recommendations completed, when I called to have those done they were scheduled and completed within two days. Great Company, and Great Customer Service!!!!!

They are reasonably priced, customer oriented, and very professional. We had a large electrical job done on our rent house. We live 75 miles away and couldnt be there during the repairs. They kept me updated every step of the way. They also worked very hard to have the power cut off for the least amount of time possible so our renters would not be displaced overnight. Highly recommended!
