Technician was professional and his years of expedience were very evident. The problem was not what we expected but he diagnosed correctly and fixed our gas dryer. Will definitely use Mr Appliance again!!

Kevin Schaefer was the technician that came to work on both my dishwasher and dryer. He was able to fix the dryer that day and had to order a part for the dishwasher. Next week it came in and Kevin came back and fixed it too. Very pleased with the service I received.

Let me start off by saying that any poor review you may see about Mr. Appliance is a bold faced lie. My experience with these guys has been phenomenal! Initially, I chose Mr. Appliance because they have a location not far from my house, I figured it would just be convenient. But after getting to experience them for a few months now( at no fault of their own) I am beyond grateful that I chose Mr. Appliance. They have been so diligent trying to figure out the issues we are having with our Samsung refrigerator ( I will never buy Samsung again). They have held true to their parts warrantee for multiple OF THE SAME PART, with no charge at all. I've experienced nothing but the utmost professionalism, empathy, and kindness from all of the employees I've had the pleasure to get acquainted with. Morgan is amazing at communicating with the customer and helping problem solve any issues that may arise. He was able to secure us a loaner fridge while the issues with our fridge gets resolved. Technicians Kevin and Travis are incredibly wise in their roles, and very kind. Essentially all of this could be summed up in a much more precise way: Samsung bad, Mr. Appliance very VERY GOOD!

We had an excellent experience with Mr Appliance of Yukon. They came to our house in the window of time they gave us. They explained what was wrong with our LG washer. They ordered parts and came again when they said they would. They spent time teaching my husband how to perform routine maintenance on our washer and made recommendations about other aspects of maintenance with which they were experienced. Tim, Travis and Alex did a great job! We highly recommend them.

This is a great place that came out fix my dryer for me and also just as a favor to me put my tubes I guess that's what they're called on the back of my dryer because I couldn't get it on tight so they put it on for me and put my dryer on top of the drawer they're great and if I could give them 10 Stars I would highly recommend them and for me to leave a review that's a big deal I've only done it twice they are great!!!!!!
