Called the business and they said they could get to me the next morning and then received a text for my address and they could not come out. Said they would come out on Sunday and no response from them. Not sure how good of work they do but very disappointed in the level of commitment.

We've been using Discount Heating and Air to maintain our gas furnace for a couple years. When it reached the end of its life, we selected them to install a replacement and an AC unit. They were very easy to work with and professional.

First day - no show. Eventually called and I gave him a second chance. He texted the second day and said enroute at the appointment time. Waited 1/2 hour tried to call - no answer. I texted him back and said “maybe” we should just cancel. He eventually replied ok. I immediately tried to call him - no answer. He cost me two 1/2 days off work and did not have the decency to speak with me. I was never rude or mean. Unbelievable!

They arrived on time, cleaned up their work area at day's end and returned promptly the next day to complete the job! I would, and am currently, recommending Discount Air OKC- Piedmont to everyone I know! Great job

Thankful for these guys for coming out on the 4th of July and fixing our HVAC!!! There was a little delay in time due to their schedule but once he was here, he came prepared, things were fixed quickly and their pricing was highly competitive.
