Tree Solutions of (Oklahoma removed a large pine tree on my property. They were friendly, affordable and showed up. On time getting tree down and cleaning up well afterwards!!

I recently engaged Tree Solutions, LLC to remove some hazardous dead branches from my property. While I initially had positive interactions with Keaton, who introduced himself as "basically the owner," the actual work performed fell short of expectations.

During the initial consultation, I very clearly indicated that I was concerned about dead branches over my barn, my chicken coop, and my kids’ playset. I was sent an un-itemized quote for $4,000 - in hindsight, I do realize that I made a mistake in not asking for an itemized list of the work that was agreed upon. I ultimately had to be out of state on the date that the work was to be performed, so my wife stayed home to review the work and pay the bill. When the crew arrived to perform the work they only removed a single large branch over the barn and a couple of branches to the side of my driveway, leaving the others over the chicken coop and playset untouched. When my wife raised the issue, Keaton claimed that he had never discussed removing those branches with me. He also indicating that he was expecting to have a larger crew and get more work done, but that there were people out sick that day.

A few weeks later, I was finally able to get in touch with Keaton and asked about the incomplete work, and he told me a completely different story than he had told my wife. He admitted that there had been a miscommunication on his part, but no resolution was offered. Since that time, we have been unable to get in contact with anyone else at Tree Solutions to determine next steps towards a resolution.

The crew's disregard for property safety became evident during the removal process. My wife witnessed them drop a large branch on top of our trampoline, causing damage to its poles. This was never mentioned to her, and when she inquired about the damage, Keaton told her that they had fixed the bent poles. A few days later, the poles broke and gave way.

After our trampoline broke, we were initially able to get in touch with Keaton who assured us that a check for the replacement cost was being sent. However, weeks passed without receiving the check, and our attempts to contact the company via phone and Facebook were met with silence. It took resorting to calling from an anonymous number to finally get an answer from Keaton, who claimed the check had been mailed earlier that week. We did receive the check the next week, but the postage date showed that the check was not actually mailed until the day that I called. This highlights the company's lack of transparency and complete disregard for customer concerns.

I have never left a negative review in my life, but after months of ignored calls/messages I have accepted that I’m not going to get a resolution. My experience with Tree Solutions, LLC was marred by incomplete work, property damage, and a lack of communication. The company's failure to fulfill its commitments and its dismissive attitude towards customer concerns raise serious questions about its professionalism and reliability. I urge potential customers to carefully consider these factors before entrusting their tree removal needs to Tree Solutions, LLC.

Tree Solutions came to my property to trim a couple of trees and large bushes, and to clear out my garden a little bit. They did such a wonderful job! It looked worlds better when they were done and I will definitely call them again in the future.

My family has been using Tree Solutions for virtually all of their landscaping needs for at least 6 years now, and we have never been anything but pleased with the results, which are always just as good if not better than expected. I would highly recommend them if you want people that do a high quality job and who will go above and beyond to make sure that you're completely satisfied as a customer.

Keaton and the team are awesome! My tree had a bunch of broken branches from the 2020 ice storm and I just never got them taken care of. They help get my tree trimmed off the roof and the dead branches taken out.

Awesome company! They removed a big dead tree leaning over our house and fixed the fence as well. My wife asked them to do some extra stuff and they didn’t charge more or complain. Now they know how I feel!

I’ve had Tree Solutions out to my property several times over the years. They’ve done a wonderful job of taking care of my trees in maintenance situations. I’ve had them come out and trim trees back when the insurance company requires it. They’ve also been there when we needed them after freezes.

Where do I begin? I am so impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail and the skill of the entire Tree Solutions operation. I had requested estimates from the top 3 rated tree services and Tree Solutions by far, took the most care, gathered photos.Their crew did not disappoint! Keaton arrived with the crew to ensure all the details were clearly communicated. The crew did an amazing job, cleaned up our property with great care and walked the property with me to ensure everything was as I expected. They used clean tools, sealed the cuts on our tree and did a terrific job raising the canopies, providing roof clearance and removing dead wood all while protecting my roof, pool, pool equipment and pergola from any damage. They left my yard even tidier than they found it, which I very much appreciate. If I could give more stars, I would. We will choose Tree Solutions for all our future arbor work. You should too.

It was a pleasure to work with the crew at Tree Solutions! Communication with Justine & Keaton was clear and timely, everyone showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and cleaned up before they left. The arborist understood our vision to maintain the integrity of these matured trees, while clearing out the deadwood and damage from the icestorm years back, making it once again safe for our children to play outside and for us to sleep easy knowing we wouldn't have a large limb coming through the roof during the next Oklahoma storm!
We had several companies out for bids and tree solutions rates are very competitive for this area. By request, they even left some firewood neatly cut and stacked for us before they left! Thanks again Keaton, and everyone at Tree Solutions, we will definitely be using your company again for future projects.
