Technician performed a very thorough and rigorous seasonal check up on my furnace. He even checked the temperature at the vents to make sure it was Sufficientlywarm.

Technician called 30 minutes before arrival and before our service time slot, he’s very thoughtful got right to it explained everything in simple terms

James, George, and team did a high quality job installing my externally vented range hood. I previously had a nonducted hood, so a hole in the brick exterior needed to be made along with cutting holes in the cabinets and adding the ventilation, which they completed themselves or coordinated a contractor to do like for the core drill through the brick wall. They did a fantastic job and I love using and looking at my hood!

I had a concern about odors coming from vents while the furnace was running they came out and cleaned everything and were very thorough I am glad to use them for my ongoing future maintenance

Darrell was so nice and professional. We will be using Air Assurance to install our new air conditioner and heater. They blew the other bids out of the water.
Then today Ezekiel came because we had an issue with the air conditioner. Ezekiel was so nice and professional. We went right to the problem, finding we had a plugged up line from our old air conditioner. He had us up and running in no time. It was a good thing too because it’s almost 100 degrees today. Five stars all the way!!
