We’ve been with Air Solutions for over 30 years and had a great relationship with the Air Solutions team. They take great care of our HVAC systems and are always available to come to our aid in the event of any breakdowns. I depend on them everyday.

Great experience getting annual services on AC and furnace, also had them clean the duct work which was 20+ years overdue. They did an outstanding job and you could tell the difference in the air quality.

Air solutions has kept our AC and furnace running smoothly for years. Last year, they even replaced our water heater in an afternoon. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional.

They gave me the good and bad news on the heater and made recommendations I could live with. They encountered vent problems, found a solution and finished the job. I went through the “Which services did you get” list and couldn’t find anything that actually mentioned HVAC or the furnace cleaning/checkup, which felt a little odd. And just a heads‑up: you’re going to get plenty of text messages.

We’ve used the Furnace Cleaning/Checkup service a couple of times now, and the techs have been great—professional, friendly, and clearly proud of their work. The appointment isn’t quick, but honestly, they’re so thorough it’s hard to complain. They take their time, pay attention to every little detail, and leave you feeling like your furnace just got the VIP treatment.

I had my annual heating system inspected. The technician was prompt in taking care of the unit. He took lots of pctures to show me about the condition of the unit and explained eveything to me. I am always happy with Air Solutions service. They will be back in spring to check out my A/C.

While I now live in southern Tulsa, I was brought up “along the line” in northwest Tulsa about 60-70 years ago. My family was very close to the Sand Springs business community. In fact, for a time, my dad owned and operated a Phillips 66 dealership on the SW corner of 2nd & Lincoln. He knew and trusted most Sand Springs merchants and business folks and I grew up to appreciate the relationships there that I came to know. Even though I now live close to Jenks, I continue to value the businesses in Sand Springs for their trade knowledge, timeliness and honesty. Keith is “my guy” in HVAC. I am always to see his truck roll up in my driveway. He spends enough time with me to answer all my questions about my geothermal system. I know he knows his trade, because he shared with me that he, too, has geothermal HVAC in his own home. If you are looking for a LOCAL, knowledgeable, and friendly team to handle your HVAC needs, there are just NONE BETTER!

I just had an electrician install a thermostat and had no heat. Called Air Solutions and they came that evening. The employee was very detailed. The electrician had installed the thermostat incorrectly and Air Solutions employee corrected the error. Then he started checking out the furnace even after doing what he originally came for. The furnace was working just fine after he fixed the thermostat but he still took the time to check everything out. That is customer service!! Need help. Call Air Solutions!!

But I've never had one minute problem out of them with anything their technicians who are experts in their field, right from the most menial jobs all the way up to a complete and total HVAC REPLACEMENT! I had an amazing experience with Air Solutions, and especially with my HVAC tech, Josh. During a winter storm, my heater stopped working while I was away for work, and I was honestly really stressed about my house getting too cold and my pipes freezing. My Nest thermostat was showing around 38 degrees and said the heater was running, but clearly something wasn’t right.

Josh came out during the storm, figured out what was going on, and immediately took steps to protect my home. He made sure the faucets were running and even turned on my gas fireplace to help keep things warm until he could come back the next day to fix it properly. Since I wasn’t home, everything was handled over the phone, and he was incredibly kind, calm, and helpful — which honestly meant a lot in a stressful situation.

The issue ended up being a frozen drain line. Josh came back, thawed it out, and installed heat tape so it wouldn’t happen again. I was very impressed with how thorough and thoughtful he was the entire time.

I’m extremely pleased with Air Solutions and Josh’s service and will absolutely be using them again for any HVAC, plumbing, or electrical needs. Highly recommend.

Air Solutions did an excellent job replacing five rooftop HVAC units at our commercial office building. They installed new high-efficiency units and the entire project was handled professionally from start to finish.

Mike, Blade, and Mitch were friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. The new systems are running great, and they even caught and fixed an electrical issue during the install. One unit needed an additional wire run back to the panel for proper 3-phase service, and they took care of it without any hassle.

What I appreciated most was how smoothly everything went. They completed the work without disrupting our tenants, which was a big priority for us.

I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely use Air Solutions again for commercial HVAC work.
