James and Steve Pogue came out and were able to get my roof done at no charge to me because of hail damage...in fact in the end I receive a check from my insurance company for about $500! Im
sure that can't happen for everybody but nevertheless I have a new roof and I'm blessed!
And they did an amazing job from start to finish.

James (Right Now Roofing) was referred to me by a friend. James met my insurance adjuster at my house to review the damage to my roof and within an hour I had an insurance check for my claim. This was on Friday. On the next Wednesday the roofing crew showed up and completed my roof. The clean up was above my expectations. I also have an extensively landscaped front yard and it sustained no damage whatsoever. If you are in need of a conscientious, quick and competent roofing company Right Now Roofing is your company.

Both Steve and James were easy to work with. James explained everything that was going to be done and how. The roofers showed up on time and worked late into the evening. They laid tarps down around the house and when they were finished, you couldn't even tell they had been there except for the new roof. Roof looks really great and they even added an additional two roof vents. All vent pipe flashings were upgraded and vents were painted to match shingles. All in all, I am very pleased and would have no problem referring Right Now Roofing to neighbors and friends.

I cannot express how easy James made this process for us. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. He even made time to come out and meet with insurance adjuster since we know nothing about what is and what isn't covered on a roof hail and wind damage claim. He made sure the adjuster saw what he saw making sure nothing was missed.

His crew that came out and did the job was extremely courteous and respectful of our home while doing this job. They did a very nice job of cleaning up afterwards as well. In fact, when dropping debris from roof, they nicked a few of the pickets on the fence surrounding our pool equipment and broke the pickets. Instead of just replacing those pickets, they replaced the entire fence.

Very happy customer, highly recommend James and his company.

These guys check all of the boxes. They were on time. They left a clean jobsite. Their work was outstanding. Our children are safer because of RN Roofing's active and financial support of the Demand Project! The Right Now Roofing re roofed my home a few years ago. Developed a leak recently. I called the office to inform them that I needed a service call. Trini answered the phone and took it from there. She had a technician scheduled and called back to inform me of the date of repair and followed up to verify service was completed correctly. Regarding the technician, Steve was outstanding. He did his due diligence and identified the problem with a leaky Lanai roof. He developed a resolution and solved the problem

Absolutely blew every other company out the water for my repair cost!! James was the best very friendly and easy to work with. Called Monday night at 7pm about getting a repair done and he had someone out to fix it Wednesday!! Hands down best service even with the small job I needed. Especially after being told by a well known local roofing company who replaced my roof 5 years ago, that they don't even do roof repairs under $600. I was helping a friend of mine do a roofing job that due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to complete. Right Now Roofing was called and asked if they could complete the job.
