Our A/C went out on a Friday night, of course. Saturday was going to be the last of our long cool weather that we had this year.
We were fine until Monday so everything was fine over the weekend.
I called on Monday after a doctor's appointment, and they had a tech out here the next day. The technician's name is Chuck, and he is a fantastic person.
Chuck checked it out, and we okayed the work, and in an hour and a half, we had cool air. He had to pull the unit from the inside part of the A/C and take it to the shop to do the work. So time and price were great.
Chuck has been with them forever he said. He definitely knows what he's doing with no waste of time.
So if you need fast, reasonable service, give them a call.

The fan motor went out in our unit. Temperature outside was 5 degrees and dropped to -1 that evening. I visualized all my pipes freezing up that night. I called Michelle at the office and she contacted Chuck who stopped by on his way home. He evaluated the problem. He left and found another fan motor. Came back and installed the new fan motor that evening. I am a repeat customer and now you see the reason why. You talk about going above and beyond! Advantage Plumbing Heating and Cooling is the best!

He called first and was here right on time. He checked out my heater for my 2 free service inspections that you get when you purchase a new system. He was quick and efficient.

Does not have 24/7 service! Supposed to be 9 degrees tonight

Not too sure about the company but one of their workers was blasting offensive music in his work truck and got super combative when I asked if he could turn it down. I tried to explain I didnt want my 5 year old picking up the bad language. The guy more or less told me to stuff it and it was public property and he could play whatever he wanted. Cheerful guy, honestly. 🤔
