John Hudgins Plumbing has been to our home four times, and we have been pleased each time. They have been on time each visit, and they always are very professional. They have surpassed our expectations. We feel they charge a fair price for excellent quality service, and we highly recommend them.

This company was referred to me through my home warranty. The customer service was incredible, very helpful and knowledgeable. The reason for only three stars was the worker who came out never even said hello, how are you, no greeting whatsoever all he said was "so you have a clogged disposal" which was not even the reason they came out but no big deal. And being a female as many of you females know we get questioned a lot like we don't know what we are talking about when it comes to plumbing, mechanical or automobile needs. He literally asked me four times when we were outside if I had a main clean out and if I was sure I did not have one I think that is what has upset me the most I do not need to be asked more than once I know my home and if I tell you I know I do not, I do not! My clean out is on my roof I even showed it to him but continued to get questioned are you sure. The company themselves could be an incredible company and as I said the customer service on the phone was great very knowledgeable and nice the worker on the other hand with the only issue.

Cody and the rest of the techs at Hudgins did great work replacing our water heater. Had them come out and look over our old water heater. They said everything was working as it should but went one step further and helped us get it replaced due to the age of the tank. Will definitely refer them to anyone needing plumbing services.
