John Hudgins Plumbing has been to our home four times, and we have been pleased each time. They have been on time each visit, and they always are very professional. They have surpassed our expectations. We feel they charge a fair price for excellent quality service, and we highly recommend them.

Cody and the rest of the techs at Hudgins did great work replacing our water heater. Had them come out and look over our old water heater. They said everything was working as it should but went one step further and helped us get it replaced due to the age of the tank. Will definitely refer them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Great company. Called them a couple of times and both times have been great experiences. Don't feel like they're rushed to get a job done to go on to the next. Zane came by today and installed a new faucet and he is a great guy, very helpful. Please don't change a thing!

We, have used John Hudgins Plumbing since 2007 for all of our plumbing needs at 3 houses.
The most recent being this week 8/27/20.
We had a massive amount of water flowing up from underground in the yard and pouring down the street.
The City came out and told me what the problem was and the water to the property had to be shut off. They explained that it was a major issue so needless to say, I was very stressed out but I knew fixing it immediately was unavoidable and it had to be repaired; this was not something you could just put a bucket under the sink to catch a little drip until you decided to fix it.
The saving grace for my stress and sanity was knowing I had a plumber that I could trust to not only professionally fix the problem but who could and would explain what needed to be done.
Hearing the words, heavy equipment and 75 feet of new waterline to be replaced multiple feet underground is scary but not when you trust who is doing the work.
It took 2 partial days to make the repairs and the guys worked in the rain today to get the pipe replaced and water service back to the house.
3 years ago, John and the guys helped us with a kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathroom remodel.
Their knowledge is endless and when there is a situation needing research they figured it out.
Over the years they have fixed pretty much every plumbing item in the house including a new hot water heater install.
Most of my family and friends use John and the guys because they know what a great job they do.
No job is too small for them and this week I learned no job is too big for them either.
Along with the guys in the field, the administrative staff of Barbette and Lisa have been wonderful, these ladies know the business and they are helpful, patient and kind.

Showed up on time - clean and professional and courteous as always! Cody went up and beyond the call of duty to complete the repair without any complaints (working in tight conditions). Thank you that repairs were done without jack hammering up my floor ! I think Cody even tightened my bolt on my gate without me asking (after 20 years of it being loose!). I would never use another plumber when a qualified plumber is needed! Always offers A++++ quick, professional superb service EVERYTIME !!! Barbette and Lisa in the office have always been GREAT ! This company knows what customer service and fixing things right the first time really mean and they do it every time ! Thank you !

Because they were referred through my home warranty company I was worried how this would go. I could not be more pleased! They have gone above and beyond in helping get our water heater replaced in a timely manner. Everyone I have communicated with has been extremely professional and shown such empathy. During what I can assume is a very busy time after the major winter storm we went through, they have taken care of us in a very timely manner and I couldn't be more appreciative! Would definitely recommend and use again!!

I brought a house a week ago and have had 2 episodes of flooding and sewage back up. I initially used a different company that didn’t fix the problem. John Hudgins Plumbing fit me in during the morning to work around my work schedule. They found roots and have everything functioning well. They were very nice when scheduling and the technician was thorough and personable. I am very grateful for them.

Hudgins saved us thousands: two other plumbing companies who wanted to jackhammer through our slab and they had another idea that fixed our issue without having to rebuild a bathroom.
Now we call them for everything. They’re always friendly, fair and straightforward.

Had a plumbing disaster yesterday morning. Submitted a service request with my home warranty and was thrilled when John Hudgins Plumbing had a service tech out within the hour. Cody went above and beyond making sure all sewer lines were clear and free of debris and functional. Hats off the company. I would definitely use them again.

I want to expand on a 5 star rating I left a month ago. I wish I could give more then 5 stars! My husband and I bought our house almost 2 years ago. We have had plumbing nightmares this whole time! We found Hudgins through our home warranty we used to have and they have been our go to ever since. They have helped us every step of the way. Our newest big issue was our sewer line. It is complicated, but in a nutshell it broke and was in the neighbors yard near the city line under an old shed on the easement. Barbette was able to help me with the neighbor shed and the city. She made this such a stress free process. All of their staff is amazing! My line was done in a timely manner and they put back my fence just as it was. Thank you so much!

This company responded so fast to our warranty claim. Dean and Jason were able to diagnose our slab leak and it was fixed within a week. The office ladies were very accommodating in regards to scheduling and pricing! We will definitely be using them in the future for all of our plumbing needs! Great job!

You will NOT be disappointed!!! We first found John Hudgins Plumbing through a home warranty on a rental, since then we have used them for all plumbing work on all our rentals, multiple times and always receive quality work and absolutely reasonable prices. They have worked with me, making time for me when I’ve been in a time crunch, they’ve charged much less compared to other plumbers for some BIG work, and they always help me find the most cost effective quality work. I have recommended many people to John Hudgins Plumbing and they have been very satisfied.

We were put in contact with Hudgins through our home warranty service. They were 100% professional all the way through the process. Kim was excellent in working to get our inital and follow up visits scheduled and Dean was extremely pleasant and skilled. He diagnosed the problem and had a solution in under 30 minutes. When the replacement part arrived he installed, quality checked and cleaned up very efficiently. I can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend.

I had an exceptional experience with John Hudgins Plumbing! Despite the scorching 105° weather, Zane, arrived promptly and with a smile on his face. He efficiently cleared the roots from our plumbing system, and not once did he complain about the challenging conditions. I can't say enough good things about the care we received from John Hudgins Plumbing. Our water heater ruptured a week ago and our home warranty company dragged their feet on getting a plumber to us.

Jeff with Hudgins plumbing helped us prevent further secondary damage to our home until they could get there in the morning. They have been professional, caring, efficient. I will definitely reach out to and work with them for future needs.

Our home warranty scheduled them to come replace a water tank, Jason and a younger man were the two doing the work and they were wonderful. They called ahead and worked quickly and very quietly considering they were ripping out a tank. Jason explained some details about the tank to me once he was finished and even took the time to chat a bit. They had everything clean and looking nice when they left. Overall, very professional and nice men and now I finally have an operable hot water tank. 10/10

I do a lot of DIY work and have a lot of respect for the trades.

Won’t go into technical detail about all the back and fourth but let me just say that both Dean and the owner were professional, understanding easy to work with and if ever have any other plumbing issue I’ll be sure to contact them first.
