Based on a recommendation from a trusted contractor, I asked Spencer for help with a rush project for a Christmas gift that I belatedly learned required a dedicated 20A circuit. They squeezed me in and did a great job. Then, two days before Christmas when I learned it needed a different style outlet, I reached out and they sent someone immediately to swap it out. Highly recommend.

I did not have an appt. so Dustin was "Johnny-on-the-spot", as he arrived about 5 minutes after I called. He was quick to locate the problem & was very efficient. He also changed the filters without even being asked. Dustin is a very nice young man. I believe any heat & air business would be extremely happy to have him. We've used Spencer Heat & Air before & will continue to do so. They're simply good folks.
