This company is rude and unprofessional. As others have mentioned, they do not stick to a schedule and blatantly lie, re-scheduling at the last minute. They disregard others and do not put the customer first. Look elsewhere!

Its been a year. Still nothing fixed after putting in 2 units. Not 1 service visit after paying for that. Pad is still broke. They have not shown up when they said they would. Paid well over for trusted service that can not be trusted any more.

They really tried to help with your problem. They are professional and try to work with our duct work. The repairman was courteous and and did his job very good. He was very friendly and made sure to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend them.
