They came out on a Saturday to help with a clogged septic system. They found the exact spot in the ground where my drain line to the septic tank was broken. Very impressive.

I had them come out twice once drain problems and the other a busted pipe. Drain works quite well now. With the pipe they replaced it and even put cement around the spigot they replaced to keep the cold out from the pipes. Worked very well and were very knowledgeable. I was very pleased when they got done.

Had a broken pipe at the well flooded everything. Call Dale's they were here 2 hours later got it fixed. Friendly guys excellent service and got me back up and running in a short time. Very well please.

City found a sewage leak and turned off my water, Called Dale's later in the evening, they were out the next morning, extremely professional, I had a huge blockage and 50+ year old crumbling clay pipe, absolutely nerve wracking for me, Dale's replaced 35 ft of sewer line and added and repaired clean outs. Every worker that showed up and the lady who answers their phone was pleasant and comforting. I am autistic and these situations are very hard for me, they handled everything so well. I am very grateful and they were quite a bit less expensive than I anticipated.

Excellent attitude and services were provided. Did amazing work at shawnee village. When my plumbing re clogged same day they came out and fixed the problem no extra charge. Would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.
