Our water heater went out on a Friday evening. Contacted Cowboys and they had someone out on Saturday morning, we opted for the replacement as the water heater was pretty old. Garrett had the job by early afternoon. Great communication, quality service, done in a timely manner.

They had amazing customer service and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done and the problem solved. I definitely recommend giving them a chance I personally will not be use anyone else but them for future jobs.

Justin & his assistant who fixed my beeping hot water tank were nice & friendly . Will use Cowboys again

They are awesome plumbers, we've used their services 3 times now and they never disappoint. They are courteous and very knowledgeable and do a great job and you get what you pay for. We will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.

Brad and Bailey were efficient, polite respectful professional and the job they did updating old shut off valve and leaky copper pipes through the roof excellent work!! shocked when they brought in a bucket and a broom to clean up the mess (who does that). Will use them again in the future no doubt.

Had to call for emergency due to water main broken. They came and fixed it even on the weekend. Was very well price and they are very professional. Will be using them for any future issues or projects.

Very nice guy his name was Justin he helped me out only 300 dollars thought I was about to break the bank ... but thats a decent price thanks to cowboys I can shower at home thank you cowboys we really needed it .. recommending to all my people and family love the service the experience and not to mention he was so respectful they didn't leave a mess or holes in my wall love you guys

Was able to get an appointment the same day for a water softener repair. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. The repair was done quickly and he kept me informed along the way. All around a great service call!

Cowboy Plumbing is a locally owned company that operates out of Tecumseh, OK.

This was our second time using them to address a plumbing issue and they continue to be a great company to work with. Their plumbers are friendly, knowledgeable, and make sure you understand everything they plan to do before performing work.

They were running a little late today due to traffic (I live in OKC) and they made sure to call me before my scheduled appointment time to let me know that they were running late, which is something I appreciate because not a lot of companies do that when they are behind schedule. They resolved both my issues within an hour and a half and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg for the work.

We will definitely use them to address any future plumbing issues we may have!

Everything except the pricing was five star, but $409 for changing out an exterior faucet, about an hour, is twice what it should be. I cannot afford to call again.

Great experience from start to finish. Had a leak in our water hot tank, and had been considering going tankless. Cowboys came out and gave me a quote, and stated they could install within a few days of confirming our decision. We made the decision on a Monday, and had our tankless system installed by Wednesday afternoon. Friendly, polite, quick, and clean. Definitely recommend, and will use Cowboys in the future.
