Initial repair took nearly a month to get complete. We had a service visit and the repairman said the part would likely be here in a few days, but it ended up being much longer and we were without an oven for the entire time. Finally got the part replaced, but it started acting up again a little while later. So we scheduled another visit, but no one showed up. So far our experience with this repair facility has been less than satisfactory.

I have a washing machine which has failed a couple of times and I have reached out to Factory Appliance for servicing. They are amazing! Real people answer the phone, the service technician contacted me when he was on his way, he knew what he was doing and was very clean and professional. The only negative is that they are so good that they are very busy and it took a few days to get the technician to the house. It was certainly worth the wait.

What a HORRIBLE company!! They employ nasty reps! Their rep called me today over a Frigidaire warranty repair that was scheduled by Frigidaire and she yelled at me? The CUSTOMER?? I immediately hung up on her for her to call me back demanding to speak with the manager, I am the manager and I will not tolerate your behavior. What a joke! Never do business with this place unless you like to be abused!
