Would not recommend. LEI was hired to repair a drive for us and it was later determined counterfeit parts were installed which caused additional downtime. Not even assuming LEI knew this, their supplier could have claimed the parts were good, but the problem is LEI would not engage to investigate what happened. We tried 5 times to get a hold of them, getting read receipts for every email, but they would not respond. This is terrible customer service. This is after they were already paid.
