So your (my) plant is down due to blown MV fuses, and it is Thanksgiving, and the existing fuses are obsolete, and are being replaced with ones that don’t fit the switch gear - who you gonna call???
Call Norberg, these guys are GREAT, and they actually staff an off hours telephone, and chances are they just might have what you are looking for, and they’ll run the fuses to the UPS for expedited delivery. Awesome…

today I contacted your office. I explained that I purchased fuse holders and I need help . He asked me if I purchased the fuse holders from your company. I’m in telectrical lab here in Destin FL and I don’t know where tony purchasing department ordered the fuse holders from. i searched Google for help and your company popped up. he told me,
Since we didn’t purchase the product from you, he wouldn’t help me.
You must have saved a lot of time not answering customers Technical support questions.

Normally I purchase from online sources like Mouser. This instance my whole sale cost on a US222I was $127 through Mouser. I had a previous quote from Norberg for $360 for qty 3 which was in the ball park of all quotes. I called and spoke to Will, he indicated two were on the shelf, said I’d come by and pick up the two.
I show up, Will places the two on the counter and says $187. I mentioned I emailed my tax exemption, he went to remove the tax, then ran my card for $374. I said $374, you indicated $187. Will responded, each. I indicated Mouser has them for $127, in stock. Long story cut short, they wouldn’t work with me on pricing once my card was charged. Disappointed! Tried to use local resources and got burnt!
