I asked 3 separate companies to give me bids on replacing my electrical panel replaced and installing 3 outside lanterns. Garrison arrived on time to initiate the bid. He was very professional and even got several of his supervisors involved in the bid process because of the complexity of the requested bid ( wasn’t sure if I needed total replacement or partial). He presented the bid which gave me several options. I was very impressed with this whole team.
The next day Niko and Gage showed up at around 8:00 am. Again, very professional, respectful,well dressed, knowledgeable, and courteous. They brought generators so we could watch tv and internet during the 7 hour installation. They even swept my garage when they left!
I highly recommend this company and absolutely think they instill the company’s approach to customer service.
Price was competitive and service was unbelievable!

Quickly diagnosed an issue we have had for years with our dishwasher tripping the circuit breaker intermittently . We were provided multiple options to resolve. No pressure to choose a particular option. They scheduled a service appointment for two days later. Excellent communication. Team members were all polite and took great care of the areas they needed to work. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Jacob did an incredible job! He was kind, informative, professional and installed 6 light fixtures efficiently and thoroughly. The most amazing part is that he helped me get a bird out of my dryer duct. It had flown in there that morning and I was dreading having to figure out how to remove it. He graciously offered to help with the task- both the bird and I were incredibly grateful. I can’t recommend Watt’s Electric enough. They will absolutely get my business again next time!

Loren and Gage worked on a number of things around the house and did a fantastic job. Loren took the time to explain to me the work that was being done and made sure to answer any questions I had. He was really transparent and great to work with. Everything looks much cleaner and nicer after Loren and Gage were finished with their work. Would recommend Watts Right to anyone needing any electrical work done.

James and Logan from Watts Electric did amazing work on my modular home. They did a complete breaker panel update along with running dedicated circuits to a dead spot in the house. The crew worked nonstop for 12 plus hours and then came back the next morning to finalize the install update. If you need fast reliable work done on a modular or mobile home this is your company and install crew

All around excellent experience with this company. From first phone contact to job completion you can tell this is a professional, established, reliable company. Having had negative experiences in the past with another electrical contractor, I want to commend Watts right for doing everything at a high level. While they are not the cheapest they are also competitively priced. If you want to go lowest bidder for getting your house painted or selecting cabinet knobs more power to you. Electrical work is not something to go with the lowest bidder on. Several homes in our neighborhood have had severe electrical fires over the past few years. Part of what sets watts right apart is my confidence that they did the job right, and also addressed other deficiencies that i wasn’t aware of in my home’s electrical system that could have posed a safety hazard. If you want your electrical work done correctly call watts right and get a free assessment.

James from Watts provided excellent service, and was very professional and courteous. It was a great experience. He replaced all of the receptacles in our kitchen and relocated some in preparation for our renovation project.

I thought I just needed an update outlet for my new dryer in my 1953 house. Blake came to take a look and I had way more than that wrong and some definite fire hazards. He sat and went through all my options and let me decide. Next morning at 7:00, Colton, his team of Hunter & Logan spent several hours getting me a whole new panel outside and up to code. I feel safe again after what Blake showed me.
All the guys were very polite and respectful. I was thoroughly impressed with all of them. After they left, you would have never known they had been here. Put everything back where they found and cleaned all the areas where they were working.
I know who I will call for all future electrical needs.

Eugene was a great in assess our electrical service needs, and James and Colton went above and beyond with their service. They truly helped me to get my light fixtures set up and even helped with some smaller miscellaneous issues that we weren’t even aware of initially. I highly recommend their service.

Jacob conducted a thorough inspection of our existing system and presented a comprehensive presentation outlining the assessed deficiencies of our existing system.
Loren and Cameron "worked with purpose" throughout the day and Loren kept us informed of progress.
At the end of the day they tested every electrical component and left the area clean.

Was very interested in getting a whole home generator installed. Did a lot of research and found Watts Right Electric. Loren came out and did the initial inspection to determine exactly what would be needed. He quickly acquired the necessary things and Loren and Zach came back out and did the full install. Very grateful for such excellent service and I highly recommend Watt’s Right Electric as the best electric company in the Tulsa area. Will use them again!

Inherited a home that’s old and definitely out of date and is in desperate need of updates and repair.

Watts came right out and did a safety check at no cost and was able to tell us what needed to be fixed and made suggestions on the appropriate repairs for the property.

Their team presented options that would fit any budget and everything was thoroughly explained in plain terms.

The customer service team is polite and it’s great speaking to people who are local and have more energy than you would expect.

Friendly and on time. Replaced the entire breaker box in less than 8 hours. Said power would be off for 6-8 it was back on in 5. They labeled every breaker and showed us what was what. Put surge protectors on the AC units outside and inside. Brought over a generator for the fridge. Before the work was started an itemized option was given for me to choose from. This is a very well run company and even the secretary on the phone when I called was very nice and listened to what I was needing. This will be our future electrical company to use. Great job guys thanks again.

Loren & Cameron not to mention Jacob were hands down phenomenal from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for getting our box updated and then our security lights and porch light. Then on top of that treating us like family! They even helped my mom get her light remotely working. God is great! If you need light call them first you'll be glad you did!

Eugene did an excellent job at our new condo. He put dedicated receptacles in for our washer and dryer and upgraded the breaker box. He did some troubleshooting on a microwave I wasn’t sure if it was the microwave not working or an electrical issue. He was very thorough and listened three options for me to choose from for the work to be done.

Colton and Zach came to our home to install a new Home Surge Protector today. We had concerns after having constant flickering of electricity in our home. When the TV started shutting off, my husband was ready to take action. LOL. Plus. We didn’t want our house burning down at Christmas time. They did a wonderful job, very courteous and conscientious of dirtying my floor/home. I received two calls prior to arrival to my home, which is great for me because I work from home, And I knew who was at the door! Important for this day and time !! The Watt’s office alerted me that the electrician Colton would be calling in a few minutes. The electricians also use the same phone number, great idea for Continuity of care/customer service and no scammer is calling. The installation was completed within an hour.
I have to give kudos to Blake also. Blake came to our home yesterday to check out the electrical problem originally!! He discovered it was not our electrical issue, but the electrical company issue, either something in the transformer or wiring near our house. Blake called our Electric Provider and within an hour a service personnel was here. Talk about fast service. Me and my husband were very pleased. And happy we did not need the whole house rewired. lol. So to finish my book here, construction of new houses and a new neighborhood is happening behind our house. Being afraid of future electrical surges and damages to all our appliances and TV, we opted to purchase the home surge protector. We now feel safe and secure. Hired Watt’s Right Electric to hang a couple of light fixtures and change a couple of fuses. Took a couple of visits since had to patch drywall for one of the light fixtures. (my fault had not noticed that new light base was much smaller) Zack and Eugene both went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfectly clean, removing packaging trash and making sure I as customer was happy. Refreshing. Will definitely use their services for any future projects.

Kolten, Logan and Kenny (and Blake, the day before) were amazing. Starting with the first phone call all the way to the last handshake. They were courteous, efficient, made sure everything was just the way I wanted it. Great final instructions and they even left my house neater than they found it! I’m really glad I found Watt’s Right Electric! Will definitely use them again, but, I think they did such a great job, I probably won’t have too.

Blake was extremely professional in locating our issues and giving us a fair and reasonable assessment for the electrical work we needed done, including finding an old fire hazard of a second panel.

Then James and Camron were extremely professional and conscientious when performing the actual work. They powered through to get the job done in a day and went above and beyond to make sure we knew what work had been done and why. Highly recommend!

Niko and his partner did a fantastic job replacing our electric panel and A/C panel which had apparently been outdated and recall for some time. They also installed new light fixtures in our closets and replaced some old outlets we had. I would definitely recommend Niko and Watts Right to anyone that needs electrical repairs done. Replaced all the ceiling can lights in the ceiling throughout the house (and a few dimmer switches), installed whole house surge protection, hard wired our blinds system to get rid of batteries and the need to change them out every year. The crew was fantastic, on time, professional, worked quickly, cleaned up everything. We could not have asked for a better experience. This was my first time to use Watt's Right Electric. We'll be back.
