Trent and Ashton were awesome and knowledgeable. Albert took the extra step to stop be and make sure I was satisfied. The identified my generator issue, made the repair and saved me money.

I was on a waiting list for over a year with another generator company around Tulsa that would not even give me a an appointment they were so busy.
A second company came out and provided such poor service, I ended up paying for a battery and service and they never got it running.
I met Oklahoma Generator at the fair in 2025 they came out and fixed my generator within a week and a half after meeting them and it's never performed better.
Even though generator service can be expensive, the service and the troubleshooting was very affordable when it comes to owning a generator.

Have a 10year old Generator that was purchased from another company. Reached out to Oklahoma Generator to do routine maintenance and service. Very clearly communicated the problem and fix. Chris and team found the cause of erratic starting (overcrank) UPON WALKING UP TO THE UNIT and quickly remedied it. The cause: a poor install by a HVAC company that does installs for a big box store. This generator has had more than 30 visits over the course of 3 years by the original installer (under warranty) with no resolution or idea of the cause. Oklahoma Generator are the real experts!

Since I (David) was the one that selected Oklahoma Generator over other competitors. My wife pretty much left this up to me, I would like to thank Oklahoma Generator for their professionalism, communication and organization.

At first, I was leaning towards one of their competitors but as I started working through the details, I changed my mind and decided on, Oklahoma Generator and I’m glad I did.

I would like to thank Joshua in sales who said if we came to agreement Oklahoma Generator would handle all the installation details, which proofed to be true. Rusty the electrician who set the generator and did the electrical connection and Jerry who installed the gas line. After the generator passed the city inspection Trent the service manager came out and did the final activation of the generator. Trent ran the generator and make sure it powered the house then registered both the generator and my extended warranty. Now to Blaike, who kept everything organized (installation, permits, inspections) and kept me in informed of when and what was gonna take place.

Now the good and bad news. I was hoping I would never need to use this generator but two days after Trent activated the generator the power went out and the Generac came on and did its job. I could see in the mobile link that it ran for 51 minutes.

Very professional and highly knowledgeable. Shevon diagnosed the problem with my home generator and fixed the problem easily. I really appreciated the extra time to check everything safety wise.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Always have used Passion electric in the Okc area but needed someone for a fixer upper in Tulsa. The new Passion electric team in Tulsa gave me a very competitive quote and the work was amazing!!! They installed recessed lights in every room, smoke detectors, all my light fixtures and ceiling fans, new plugs and switches, and upgraded our panel. I’m always impressed with the attention to detail and professional of this company 👏🏻

I want to remind people, I don't do reviews based on feelings, emotions or whether I like someone. It's based off of real business and outcomes. I cannot say enough great things about SolSource and the level of professionalism they brought to my project. From day one, their team consistently treated me with respect. They ALWAYS addressed me as “sir” or by my last name, which speaks volumes about their company culture and attention to detail.
This was NOT a simple installation. My project involved a full Tesla Solar Roof system with multiple inverters, a Tesla Powerwall 3, two separate buildings, two SPAN circuit breaker panels integrated into the Tesla system and three Tesla Universal Wall Connectors. In essence, this was a complete Tesla energy ecosystem that required careful planning, precision, and expert integration with one step at a time. Sometimes it required them to stop, leave early and inquire from Tesla and other resourceful resources and come back another day.
What stood out the most is that SolSource doesn’t rush, they think through every detail before taking action. Because of that, every outcome was spot on. This project presented multiple challenges along the way, and their ability to problem solve and execute at a high level was truly impressive.
They are understandably a busy company, being one of the few qualified and approved installers for Tesla products, but their commitment to quality never wavered. It was clear that the time invested into this project was necessary to ensure everything was done correctly.
