Company was selected for me by my home warranty. When I spoke with Jackie on scheduling, she was very nice, patient and helpful. She didn't even seem to be affected by my scatterbrainess ( I know that's not a real word) with trying to buy and sell a home. On Day of service, or what I thought was the correct date, I called to confirm time of service because I thought they were late. Come to find out, they were actually scheduled for two days later and I had just put it in my calendar wrong. It was the plumber from another company that was supposed to be at my house and was late. Jackie called me about an hour later to see if I would like for the electrician to come out that day. Since I was home. They had an opening in their schedule. I was very happy that they called me to see if they could come out early. Jackie was very pleasant on each occasion. I even complimented her on the phone about how nice and helpful she had been. She seemed quite appreciative so I thought I do an online review as well. (And I am not one to do reviews online.)
The electrician, Tim C. , was very professional and kind. They resolved our electrical issues and picked up after themselves. I would use company again. Even if not through my home warranty.

We needed an electrical outlet moved into a closet area for an Internet Router. I called Houchin Electric and they said they could come out in 2 days. The electrician called before he came out, was on time, professional, and took care of business. Received an invoice a few days later and it was reasonable and actually less than I had expected. I will definitely use Houchin again when I need an electrician.

I’m a general contractor from OKC I don’t have many contacts in Tulsa for electrical repair service needs. I had asked a few people I knew and Houchin always came up in those conversations. Mark with Houchin Electric came out in less than two hours after we called and stayed until they resolved the issue! The building is historic and has some unique features that make it a challenge sometimes, but they kept working and finally found the source of the problem. Thanks so much for your assistance! I had Logan come to my house today. He was courteous and went beyond my expectations. I had a contractor bail on me and Logan picked up where he left off. He got it knocked out on no time. If you need some work done, call Houchin and ask for Logan.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received in the past month on a couple of home electrical projects. In both cases the price for the work was below my expectations. On one of the jobs, I had checked with a home automation company in town which estimated the cost would be around $1 thousand. (This company will remain nameless while apparently shameless.) Houchin did the work for significantly less than the home automation firm's estimate and did it with much better customer communication.

For both service calls, the Houchin technician was Logan who provided an exceptional customer experience. We've adopted him as our family electrician and would highly recommend him to potential customers (although you can't keep him so busy that he wouldn't be available the next time we need him to come to our house.) ;)

Several great experiences with the team at Houchin. Most recently Mark and Logan were able to come in on short notice and identify an issue that was keeping an HVAC unit from running in our hotel's kitchen. They also were able to give further direction on corrective action outside of their scope. Mark and his team have also installed dedicated circuits for us, installed kitchen lighting and corrected electrical issues as they come up. Each time professional, accommodating of the schedule of business, thorough and the work has been correct and held up.

I was referred to Houchin for lighting for the office I manage. When I say I am beyond happy it is an understatement. The difference it has already made. Also, Logan and Josh were the absolute best to spend the day chatting with while they were here. They were super friendly and cleaned up after themselves completely!!! Mark, you got a stellar duo there for sure!

Words can't describe how excitedly happy I am to have houchin working on my house. Now granted I've only called them out twice but twice I've gotten the same guy Logan and twice I have gotten Superior work.My air conditioner was not working. The bottom line was I needed new fuses put in it, the air conditioning company that I had called to fix my air conditioner that they would need to get their electrician out here to look at it. I had told them I could call my electricians at houchin but this air conditioner company said they had their own team of electricians and it would be no problem for them. Well when the electrician came he tried the old scare tactic on me, I know I have old boxes and things like that and I need my breaker box updated I know that also but I also know that everything was running at one time. The bottom line is the air conditioning company did not want to replace anything inside the electrical box for the air conditioner without upgrading the fuse panel to the house and let's just say they quoted me well over $10,000 to do all this, and at the end of the day I ended up paying a service fee of $80 and none of my stuff was fixed. So after spending a day of being frustrated I called houchin. They said they would be able to get to me on Tuesday so I did have to wait a few days but it was totally worth it because now I'm sitting in a house that has cool air coming through it because they replaced my fuses and came inside and fixed to switch in my dining room because it didn't take them forever to fix my air conditioner. It's hard to find quality out there and I have always found quality in houchin electric, Logan and the whole team at houchin are all super qualified,courteous and honest from the get-go

Logan came out to repair an outdoor plug and a couple of light fixtures in our kitchen. He was very knowledgeable with questions and concerns I had, considering we live in an older model home that has some dated electrical appliances. Service was swift and convenient and I applaud his service.

Extremely pleased with the service I received from Houchin today. From Misty scheduling the house call, to Logan and Josh showing up earlier than expected, to diagnose and fix a small problem without trying to upsell, or make a small problem seem bigger.
