They were quick about the work and very professional. I've used them because they have not told tried to tell me I need more work done than I do. They haven't tried to cheat me and I appreciate that.

Gilley came through for us when another company didn't and the service Gilley provided was excellent and professional. Fantastic experience. We have an older house and they looked after every detail. The crew was wonderful. Polite, helpful, and accommodating. They cleaned everything up at the end and were all-around great to work with. Highly recommend.

I contacted Gilley Electric to install 4 ceiling fans in my new home. The fixtures were already wired and "ceiling fan ready." The purchased fans were still in the boxes, complete with instructions. Jan, in the office, was very nice and helpful in getting us scheduled the next afternoon - which was terrific since most companies I called could not get us on the schedule for a week or more. Two electricians arrived at our house at 8:45 a.m. I figured with two workers and four fans, the work should be completed in a couple hours. They ended up completing the job at 3:00 p.m. that afternoon The cost was nearly $800 to install 4 ceiling fans! It essentially took two trained electricians over an hour per fan!
While I appreciate their ability to get me scheduled quickly, I am NOT impressed with the value I received for the money spent. I will NOT be calling Gilley Electric for work in the future.

We had a tree knock out a power line on our street that sent electrical surges to several houses & blew a transformer. Gilley electric was the company assigned to come out and assess the damage. They came quickly and made sure each house was able to get our power safely restored and heat back on for the night. The team followed up the next day to assess the damage to each of the houses individually. We personally dealt with Mike & Eli - they were thorough, kind & respectful. They made sure everything was working properly again, checked the integrity of anything we had concern over, followed up and came back quickly to finish the jobs they had to order parts for. Communication was great and overall I’m so pleased and grateful for their help. This was such a scary and stressful experience but knowing we were being taken care of by such a caring team made it so much easier. Will use again if necessary in the future. Highly recommend. I was hoping for same day service when I called and Heather made quick work to get me scheduled. They were at my house by lunchtime! Ben not only fixed my initial problem but went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of before he left. Good job Gilley Electric! Will definitely use again!

I was in a pinch and needed a quick electrician visit to install a new plug. Gilley was very helpful and insightful over the phone. They worked me into their schedule that day! The team came out and installed a new plug within a few hours with minimal invasion. I’m very impressed with the speedy-ness and friendliness! Definitely recommend!

We hired Gilley to wire our new cubes in our office. The commercial scheduler was easy to work with and communicated thoroughly. They gave us a competitive estimate, and came in on the day and time that they said they would. The electricians were very professional and efficient. They were able to handle the electrical and the data installations, and they tested everything at the end. When they left, all of the work area was clean, the connections were neat and organized, and everything worked well. All around great experience. Would definitely call them again!

Appears location is closed. Answering service indicated that they no longer work for the business. Google photos show building for sale. No one answers phone. Was great in the past.

Do not do business with gilly electric.I asked for an estimate.They came out and gave me a one hundred and eighty five.Dollar estimate, now I have a lien on my home.Because they came out and give me a quote.
They send two crews to my house for a quote and charge me a hundred and eighty five dollars an hour.
They didn't write me a professional quote.They give me nothing in writing.
This company will treat you unfair and they will not hear your side of the story.No, matter what they listen to their texts only and they sit there.And lie to them in the office, and you're going to get charged for it.

Had a chandelier to hang in the foyer with 18 foot ceiling. We had no idea how difficult it would be to get this hung. We Happened across Barrier Electric. Communication was good, fast scheduling, arrived on time with all tools. The workers were friendly and fast. Definitely recommend.
