I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. After explaining our situation.. that I was in town visiting my elderly family (who is all in poor health) My mother is in really bad shape and has been without a light & fan in BOTH her bedroom and living room for nearly a YEAR. They had been calling a “family friend” to come do “repairs”. He was just taking advantage of them by collecting money and not actually fixing anything. The boss immediately pulled Joel from a commercial job they were on to come take a look, at no charge! Although, I did tip him for just coming out to take a look. Joel identified the problem very quickly. (He knows what he’s doing, for sure!) That day I went and bought new fan/light combos for both rooms and Joel came back the very next day to install them! He also fixed the switches (which were too complicated for my mother to operate) Needless to say, she now has working fans and lights in both rooms with simple flip switches! These guys are compassionate, polite, very responsive and very professional. Would absolutely recommend! I can’t say enough about how great they are!
