Dynamic Carpet Care did an amazing job and were so easy to work with! They were kind, professional and worked quickly and efficiently! I had one specific trouble area that needed a little bit more attention and they were more than willing to come back to touch it up at my convince! I’ll definitely work with them in the future and happily refer them to my friends and family!

We use Dynamic for the church where I work, and for our home as well. They are absolutely top notch in every way! They provide an extremely professional service, with a personal family touch, all at a great price. I don't believe I could recommend a business more. Dynamic Carpet has serviced our home twice. Both times have been a great experience. I’ll never forget the first time, Darryl the company founder actually cleaned our carpet and tile. Darryl is a servant leader. When someone in a leadership position rolls up their sleeves and joins the team to get the job done, that’s a servant leader. Yesterday Cody cleaned our carpet and did a great job. Both Darryl and Cody did a great job.

Dynamic. We are so impressed with this company. I had the same young man twice. He's consciousness, fast and obviously cares about doing a good job. We also had grout cleaning in the kitchen and a bathroom. I was shocked at how good it looked. I don't know why I waited so long to do that.

Dynamic Carpet Care did a fabulous job of cleaning my entire home. They were on time, professional, fair prices and did a fabulous job on our floors. I moved into a home several months ago that had badly stained carpet in the living room. To my surprise, Dynamic Carpet Care was able to remove the majority of the stains. They did a great job!! I will definitely use them again.

Viktor showed up exactly on time — a rare superpower these days — and was the definition of professional. The moment he stepped inside, he caught a whiff of the cat urine smell (lucky him!) and knew exactly what needed to be done. No hesitation, no drama — he immediately moved a few small items out of the way and got to work, steam cleaning like a man on a mission.

He also treated the carpet with an enzyme solution, and it was looking so good that I asked him to add the hallway too. (Best impulse decision I've made all year — it looks fantastic!) Viktor didn’t miss a beat — he made the hallway spotless and fresh-smelling.

But wait, there's more — we headed to the garage, where he cleaned a rug and even steamed the garage floor so the rug wouldn’t get dusty again. Talk about above-and-beyond service!

Now, the house smells amazing, the carpets look brand new, and most importantly, my wife is happy — which means I’m a happy man too.

This was our first time using Dynamic for our church carpet cleaning!! We also had our tile done!! They were very friendly and professional!! The carpet and pews looked fantastic!! We had a few issues with the tile, but they came back on a Saturday evening willing and ready to fix the issues!! They were great to work with and would recommend them to anyone!!

I have had two experiences with Dynamic Carpet Care, and both were fantastic!

The first experience was with someone on the phone regarding a pet based stain on a mattress. Because I have a Purple Mattress cleaning can be a little tricky. The person on the line gave me advice over the phone that helped me resolve the issue myself. Because they didn’t burn me for a quick buck I decided to call them again when I needed a full carpet cleaning job done.

The next experience was with a carpet and upholstery clean facilitated by Jerry. Jerry was great! Customer service was outstanding and the job he did on the carpets matched that outstanding service. He explained clearly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and didn’t gouge me on the price to get it done. Setting proper expectations and following through with precision. I believe that this company has a high degree of professional integrity geared towards creating lifelong customers within the community. Highly recommend this company!
