Matt was prompt and professional in all of his correspondence with me. He provided a bid in a timely manner, and his bid was exceptionally reasonable. He scheduled a time to come out and wash our windows and came at the scheduled time. He completed the job in a timely manner in the windows looked perfect and sparkling. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. They were missing a part or the part was defective to do the outside windows and they needed another so they did the inside windows at that time. It was getting late in the day and we talked about rescheduling but here is what happened. I told them I was having company in two days and that's why I wanted the windows done at that time. Rather than rescheduling, one of them went back to the "shop", got the needed part,
and returned to finish the windows. I am so grateful for that employee. They did an awesome job!

My windows were horribly filthy after years of non cleaning. We tried cleaning them ourselves to no avail. We have large windows all around my house that now look amazing! I was so happy to have a clean and clear look through all my windows right before a get together at my house! This is well worth the money! The staff is friendly and easy to work with.

We have had Better View clean our windows several times. We have been more than satisfied each time. They took off the screens from the outside and made absolutely no mess inside. They took off their shoes when they came into the house. They worked very carefully and quietly. We hardly knew they were here. It has been a delight to have them in our home each time. This company did a really nice window cleaning job on a two story house in a fancy neighborhood. It had been a few years since the last time we had had the windows cleaned. Such a big difference! I plan to use them again in the future. Good honest work, and the price was very fair.

The quality of service was amazing. The men were kind, polite, and professional. Towards the end it got humorous at times when things weren't going as smoothly. I have storm windows, so it wasn't the easiest task. It was great to see them working as a team, and sharing the load. My windows are sparkling clean! Great company, great service.
