I'm the manger of APC Vet in BA. At the end of August/beginning of June we sought out a janitorial service and ended up choosing JaniKing. We filed all appropriate paperwork, had the company come for a walk through, discussed in length what we needed, and met with the head of the cleaning crew. We set up for them too arrive at 5 pm every Tuesday and Thursday starting mid June. The first Tuesday they were scheduled, the cleaning crew showed up 2 hours late, after we had all gone home for the day. Since then we haven't seen or heard from the company again until about a week ago. A company Representative came in to sales pitch the working reception staff on their cleaning service. Once told all of the above the woman collected her flyers, apologized, and left. Then yesterday we received 2 bills in the mail a bill for cleaning services that we never received. The bills were for half of June and all of July. I called the office and the receptionist there took a message and I have yet to hear back.

Such a terrible experience with this company! We had such high hopes for our facility only to be completely let down.

First of all our facility is pediatric based, lots of items in the Therapists rooms that are centered towards children interaction, and most of those items were paid out of pocket by the therapists themselves. We had multiple instances where we returned Monday morning (cleaning took place over the weekends) and items had very obviously been played with, left out scattered in the rooms, and other food items had been found in the rooms as well. This was becoming an ongoing issue that led us to believe unsupervised children were left while the cleaners “worked” and we reported it more than once and we were ensured it would stop, however it did not. One therapist even found a marker dobber missing a cap and scribbles all over a desk from that marker.

We had plenty of areas with gathered dust, whole areas that had not been touched at all, mildew growing under sink handles, and coffee rings on surfaces that should have also been cleaned. Such a waste of time and money hiring this franchiser and not to mention it has been like pulling teeth to get them to return an office key after we terminated the contract.
