Very flexible and detail oriented. I threw a party at the house one night and it was a huge mess. Wife was super upset but they came in the next day and in a few hours it looked as good as new! Now back to a happy wife, happy life thanks to Maids of Tulsa!

We chose Maids of Tulsa because of our commitment to “clean” non-toxic products in our home and personal care. We have never hired cleaners before, but we are moving so we needed a little extra help and were eager to see the results of a professional deep clean service. The staff was kind, but unfortunately, the overall result is just okay. There are a few areas (the oven, stove, and the master bath shower, specifically) that were handled beautifully, however, the dusting overall was very, very spotty - whole areas being missed. The same with the kitchen and hall bath floors. We have brand new decorative tea towels that we just hung on the oven yesterday and they were significantly stained and ruined by the oven grime due to the cleaning process. We have large bay windows as the main feature in our living room and unfortunately they were left streaky and cloudy. Lastly, my biggest issue is that the cleaners do not wear shoe covers which is completely astonishing to me. Every other contracted worker we have had in our home either wears shoe covers or removes shoes before entry without being asked. The fact that a cleaning company would allow their workers to work without shoe covers does not make sense to me at all. They stated that they save the floors for last and mop their way out of the house so that the floors are all clean, but it’s the carpet and all of our rugs that I am concerned about. We don’t have a way to wash the carpets and there were 10 (no lie) different cleaners in our home all wearing shoes in the carpeted areas where our baby rolls around and plays. There were shoe prints left and something sticky mashed into our brand new white rug that just arrived this week. Very, very upsetting and I truly hope that this feedback causes a change to be made.
I don’t ever write reviews, but I felt the need to share because hiring a crew to come into your home is a huge investment that we don’t take lightly, and, this time we didn’t see much of a return.

I have been a client of Maids of Tulsa for over 6.5 years. Their team has been consistently helpful and responsive. Being allergic to dust, it is important that our house is cleaned thoroughly. They have consistently provided a high level of cleaning detail.

I have used Maids of Tulsa twice now.
1. For a general cleaning (getting ready for guests) and I was blown away! Loved that my home didn’t smell full of the nauseating industrial grade chemicals either.
2. Just complete a full “Deep clean/Move Out” of our entire home getting it ready to sale. The realtor and myself were amazing that the tiniest details were done!

Due to difficult life circumstances, I’ve fallen behind on my house work. I was extremely overwhelmed with the amount of cleaning I needed to do, so I looked into hiring some help. Maids of Tulsa came to my home to give me a free estimate. I was ashamed of the state of my house, but they did not make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Instead, they responded to my situation with kindness and compassion. We scheduled an entire day to clean my house.

Bright and early a crew of three women showed up at my house, ready to work. All of them were very kind and personable. None of them made me feel awkward or embarrassed about the amount of work that needed to be done. I felt very comfortable leaving my home in their hands.

I received a call late that afternoon to tell me that they were done. I was very anxious to see my clean home. When I opened the door I was met with an incredible clean smell. If a home could sparkle, mine did. My windows were clean and clear, my baseboards, doors and window sills were clean and dust free. My medicine cabinet was organized, my pantry was organized, my girls’ messy room looked amazing, my laundry was washed and put away and they even cleaned the cat box! There are too many details they focused on to mention them all.

It has been a joy to spend time in my clean home. I’m motivated more than ever to keep on top of my daily household duties. I cannot thank Maids of Tulsa enough for the amazing job they did on my home. It is truly life changing. I highly recommend them and look forward to hiring them again.

Brittany did an excellent job on our move out cleaning! I really expected for this company to send a team of cleaners for this job, however they only sent one team member. I have never seen someone clean so thoroughly as fast as she did! I felt so bad for her, because there was a lot of work to be done for one person. She was at my house her entire shift. She had to leave before she was able to fully complete the clean (just a few walls left to be wiped down-that I paid extra for) and she tried to make it right. Contacting her boss to see if they could send someone else out to finish up. I was not upset about the walls, as I saw how incredibly hard she was working to get everything done. We were living in a rental for 4 years and it was not as clean as she left it, when we moved in.
I hope that this company will hire more employees and start sending teams to do deep cleanings like this. I still can’t believe they only sent one person. I gave 5 starts because everyone has been so nice and I really want to give Brittany the credit she deserves, but would decrease the rating for not sending at least 2 people to a clean like this.

I have been using Maids of Tulsa for I think two years now. I have never had any problems and have always been very happy with their service. There is never any worry of if someone calls in sick that your house won't get cleaned. The owner, Chrissi, makes sure of that. She is so easy to work with and I have never had to change a cleaning because of anything on their end.

The ladies that come out always do a fabulous job. There are usually two of them. The cleaners they use smell fantastic. I just love coming home after they have cleaned.

They are also fine with my 80 pound lab following them around :)

I have been using Maids of Tulsa to clean both my house and my business for several months now. They do an amazing job. They are not only get the job done but do it with a high level of quality. We recently had an issue where we needed our business cleaned during a snow storm and they got the job done. Service is number 1 with this company. I highly recommend them!

I loved my first time cleaning with Maids of Tulsa! She did amazing at cleaning the house and also took the time to focus on one thing like cleaning the base boards in our hallway. I forgot how white they could look! The little things they pay attention to are what does it for me. I 100% recommend to give them a try.

Heather did an awesome job cleaning our house down to every little detail. She even cleaned dirt off the walls that I thought would never come off that has there from our dogs! The house smells so good with essential oils also. I highly recommend requesting Heather if you schedule a clean with Maids of Tulsa. All of the windows, baseboards, the oven, the microwave were all cleaned like new.

I have a very large house I'm getting ready to put on the market and I was very impressed with the owner of Maids of Tulsa who met with me first at the house and refused to be paid until after the job was complete to my satisfaction. I admit that I am super particular because I'm representing my clients home. The ladies worked super hard and went over and above to make sure things were done right. They even carefully boxed some items that were still in the kitchen per my request. THANK YOU Maids of Tulsa for working SO hard!! And thank you to the owner for being personable, taking time to meet with me and for making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I appreciate it!!

My wife and I used Maids of Tulsa to have our new house cleaned prior to moving in. My wife specifically asked if they would wash walls and baseboards, along with dusting light fixtures and ceiling fans. She was assured they would do all of that. She made sure they would wash the walls and baseboards because we wanted to paint everything before completely moving in. Again, she was assured that would be done. The maids were very friendly, but did not clean the walls or baseboards well. Seems like they just lightly dusted everything, which is not helpful when the wall is actually dirty and needs scrubbing. I had to clean up everything myself before painting. There were also cobwebs in all the corners of the baseboards. I am extremely disappointed with how everything turned out. I was charged $120 for almost 2 hours of light dusting. I will not be using this service again. Prior to writing this review, my wife has tried to reach out to the owner by leaving two messages. Still have not received a response.

I love Maids of Tulsa, they are trustworthy which was the most important thing to me when choosing someone to clean my home. They are always on time and do a wonderful job. They are also very good with pets, which was also a high priority to me. I get a text notification when they are complete, which I really appreciate. They are affordable too! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to take the load off yourself.

I love Maids of Tulsa!! Our first cleaning was while we were moving out of our old apartment and into our new home. Karen was the one that came to clean and she did such an amazing job, and she was so nice and professional. I have them come clean a few times a month now!! I recommend them to my family and friends all the time. We have tried other cleaning companies in Tulsa, BA etc. and there is NO ONE like them! =)

This is the second deep clean I’ve had from Maid of Tulsa (the first was in 2016) and both have exceeded my expectations! My house looks, smells and feels SO clean. They paid attention to baseboards and windows, air vents, and doors- all of those things that I don’t get around to often enough. The women were all friendly and respectful, and they were WORKING. It was amazing how much they got done. I’m finally going to get set up with regular service so I can enjoy this feeling more often!

We used Maids of Tulsa for years and sadly the quality has gone down tremendously. The quality of weekly cleanings were hit and miss. They used to have several employees and now they have 2. One employee most people don’t want cleaning their house. The owner is noncommunicative. They cancel and move your cleanings with no response - even on a holiday week. Cleaning companies are a dime a dozen nowadays and it’s too easy to find a much better company than this one!
