I wanted to see what was being done and I didn't get to. Text from day before said arriving around 9am so I brought my dog in at 8:10 and at 8:36 I get a text wanting me to rate the service. I go outside and the only evidence that he was here is the sign stuck in the ground. I did expect a knock at the door because I wanted to see what I was paying for. With that being said, I'm sure he did a good job.

Great service, yard has no weeds and looks great. I have been a customer since they started and will continue to use them. However, make sure you pay your bill or they will send you to collections without a letter or phone call letting you know you accidentally forgot to pay your $60 bill.

As long as Kevin is your lawn tech, you’re in good hands. He’s knowledgeable and good at communicating the plan. Unfortunately not everyone is as good as Kevin.

We pay for landscape fertilization and now have bushes with fungus. These bushes were brought to your attention in June, sprayed once and forgotten and now deteriorating. These bushes are several years old. We’re not happy.

This guy was here to fertilize two weeks ago and didn’t notice these issues???

I wasn’t home when Trey serviced my lawn, but he did leave me a detailed report on his findings which I appreciate. Happy to get started towards a healthy lawn.

Richard with Lawn Guard did a fantastic job , Ill admit tend to be kind of a picky lawn customer but I had nothing to be concerned about . I could tell he could tell he cared about what he was doing and answered every question I had ! My lawn is in good hands 🙌

Today Kevin came by and performed a lawn service! I am surprised that in this day and age you can still find hard working people like the folks at LawnGuard who genuinely care about the progress of your lawns health, and your home when it comes to protection against pests. Everyone I have talked to on staff is very professional and quick to respond. Every question I had was answered as well as a solution to my initial problems. Highly recommend their service as the photos are worth a thousand words!

Ethan came out to winterize our irrigation system. While here he answered several questions for us regarding our system and scheduling. He was courteous, professional and pleasant. Looking forward to further service from him.

I was late arriving and per my request Ethan went ahead and did the job. I arrived just as he finished and all seems to be working perfectly. They were friendly and prompt.

Wesley was wonderful! Let me know he was coming, when he arrived, and when he finished. Told me what to expect after treatment. Super friendly and informative. Would highly recommend.

"Ethan just left my property for the second time now, and both times he's been here, it's clear that Lawn Guard has done it again by hiring another 5 star employee! I'd venture to say I may be one of their pickiest customers. They certainly are fortunate to have found Ethan as he is someone I would hire immediately: polite, courteous and without question great at what he does. His first trip was to fix a damaged sprinkler head. After fixing that one he also found another damaged head that I had overlooked.
The second time he came out, as he was leaving, I asked if he could show me how to readjust a certain sprinkler head. It wasn't working perfectly so without hesitation, he offered to replace the whole head assembly, a 15 minute job, so it would work flawlessly! Again, 5 stars all the way.
