They sent someone to my home and he actually created a problem instead of fixing my sprinkler system. Tried to just sell me new system and a new pump, he was only at my home for 20 minutes charged me a whole hour. I called the company and asked to speak to someone there about my issues they told me that a manager or the owner would call. Did not receive a call back. Paid for the whole hours worth of labor and will let everyone I know not to use this company. So disappointed.

Andrew has been a tremendous asset to us. Not only do they do great yard work, including planting, and landscaping, but he was a life saver when I had a water emergency. He left mowing to run in the house and help. They are fairly-priced, personable, and dependable. Do not hesitate to use their services.

This is my first summer using Complete Lawn Care. When I called them their staff was courteous and definitely knowledgable. They gave me my estimate which was highly competitive and I decided to give them a shot. The yard is looking soooo much better than before. We had recently bought the home and the previous owners kind of let the lawn go, just numerous variety of weeds running rampant. Complete lawn care, only after the first 3 treatments the yard has had a significant change. I even called them in the middle of two consecutive treatments to let them know that a type of weed had kind of come back and they came out that same week to retreat it without cost to me! I would highly recommend this company because they are very easy to work with and they get the job done!

I called this company for limb removal after the storm and to remove some large weeds from behind my shed. Not only did they do all i asked but also trimmed my bushes and removed leafs. I will continue to use this company for lawn care and have been informed they also do pest control and would use them for that as well if i was in need of that service. The guys worked fast and did more than an exceptional job.

We've used them for about 8 years to mow, trim, spray and overseed. Our friends always comments how lush our lawn looks. They also installed out sprinkler system. We are very pleased with all of their services.

Awesome service with even better customer service! They remembered who I was every time I called in. Made me feel like family. I was set up for lawn treatment and one of my neighbors was set up for mowing. One time they came over and edged my yard for free without me even asking. That's what stands out the most to me when I think of Complete Lawn Care.

Complete Lawn Care is the first company we have ever had treat our lawn. They gave us realistic expectations for their weed control plan and after starting early spring and 4 lawn treatments later there is a night & day difference. We had a completely weed ridden yard and now we have such a beautiful green lawn that our family and friends have even commented! We are more than happy with the service and will recommend Complete Lawn Care to any of our friends both for their quality of work and level of customer service!

I had a wonderful experience from first contacting Complete Lawn Care to their first mowing of my sister in law's yard, whom I hired them for. They were great at communicating, great prices, and did an awesome job on the lawn. My sister in law said her yard hasn't looked that great since she moved in the house! Thanks guys!!

It's been such an easy and smooth experience working with Complete Lawn Care! Since I consider landscaping as the introduction to my house, I am relieved to have found someone I can trust. From the booking process to scheduling jobs, to communicating with their staff - they make it very easy and customer friendly. The guys who come out here do an amazing job and if I ever have any specifics I need them to focus on, they always follow what I ask. Great service and highly recommend!

I have had other lawn services in the past and Complete Lawn Care is the most dependable, courteous and flexible that I have dealt with. From their support staff to the folks who make my yard look great, Complete Lawn Care has been a delight to work with.

We used this company for the past year and a half, during which things went progressively downhill. They would rarely come on our scheduled day, even though we told them we could switch days. Then they would get frustrated that our sprinklers would be running. We asked for a quote on one occasion and they instead just did the work without asking if we wanted it done. Communication was often either lacking or there was confusion. But the final straw was when we called them out between weed control treatments because weeds had sprouted and part of the agreement was that they would spot treat. Instead, they just mowed the entire lawn that didn't even need its first mow of the season and charged us for a mowing. When we called, they admittedly didn't need to mow the lawn, but said that the weeds were the problem. I asked why they would mow without asking us when the crew said it didn't need a mow yet. So she then tried to say that mowing helps with the weed control. Really?? When I told her we did not intend to pay for that mow and continued to ask questions, she hung up on me. I ended up having to reach out to the owner to get our service cancelled and ensure we would not be billed for that mowing; he said we would never see them again. Ironically, the crew showed up the very next week (on the wrong day yet again), and I had to inform them that we no longer used their services. They were so confused; apparently the office communicates about as well with their crews as they did with us. We could never recommend this company again after the unprofessionalism shown on the phone that day.

I’m happy with the customer service Complete Lawn Care offers. I received my first treatment followed by a call to see if I was happy with the service then I received a thank you box 📦 from them which was very thoughtful and good business etiquette 👍🏽

We made the switch to Complete Lawn Care and could not be happier! We really wanted a solution where we could turn the lawn over and have someone take care of it: treatments, mowing, maintaining the beds, planting seasonally. Complete Lawn Care is that solution. Beyond that, they're friendly and professional.

Call them, you won't be disappointed. Had some landscaping done and couldn't be more pleased. The guys came out and had my whole front of the house done in a few hours. Mulched the garden and put down sod as well! Beautiful work and so quick! Were very polite and arrived on time. Cleaned up everything and just left a beautiful landscape job. Our second job with them and already planning a 3rd. Quote was sent quickly as well. All around great company.

Just another business, more interested in their own profit than providing good service. They advertise on their website as customized lawn services and specifically list weekly and biweekly lawn mowing. However, when I tried to sign up for their biweekly services, I was denied it. I was told they would only do it weekly. Well, my lawn simply doesn't need weekly mowing. Also, be aware that once you submit your quite, you will get overloaded with their texts, emails and mail. You would think that the company which wants your business so bad, would try to actually fit your needs.

BUT customer service is where it really was bad!!
We laid out a plan for my lawn and I spent a lot of $$$$$$$ and gave them 1 yr. They constantly said to achieve my goals, it would take time and they sent me a plan. I followed the plan to a tee! They however did not. And then we came up with a new plan ... failed to follow through on that as well but continued to bill me as if they did.
My clients I referred them to ... also, same problems. 6 lawns in total we pulled from service this month.

These guys really know their stuff. We couldn't be more pleased with the way our yard looks now. This spring our yard was probably 98% weeds and now it's absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend this company. Easy to get a quote and personalized treatment.

Best service choosing Complete lawn care. Mowing and edging is exactly the way we wanted it, Instead of mowing it to the dirt, they cut it perfectly, and to our expectations. Cared for my property with respect, professionalism, and at a valued price. Thank you!

I've held off writing this review because I've had a positive experience with this company last year but that has dramatically changed. This year I decided to add their lawn service, last year I only used their fertilization & weed control.
Starting the lawn service had been postponed because of all the rain we have been getting. They kept asking my 93-year-old mother if she was ready for them to start mowing, she replied ‘NO’ because there was no grass in the front and the back was too wet. I assured her that they were professionals and wouldn’t do anything to the lawn when it was too wet…boy was I wrong.
I refused to pay for an aeriation service they clamed was done April 29th when the lawn was too wet for any service to be done. They did cut the lawn that afternoon, of course causing damage. Earlier that afternoon, one of the managers was at my home because I wanted a quote for additional service and he commented the lawn was too wet for any service to be done, but a few hours later, they cut the lawn. The charge for this was reversed when I submitted pictures of the damage that was done but they refused to remove the aeriation application they claimed was done that morning, I don’t believe it was done, or should have been done.
I wrote this review because I just received an invoice that states the aeriation charge is a “Bad Debt Write Off – Debt that is in collections”. I have so much more to say but I’ve decided to let a picture of my lawn speak for me.
