Terrible is an understatement. Overcharging for a simple tree removal after they let the trees and shrubs become infested with bag worms...they have shown no pride in their work. Good luck getting a representative to respond to your complaints or even having any knowledge in the industry.

Contacted Roark on 7/20/21. Spoke to Ashley in the office on my initial call. Told her I wanted to get a quote for an irrigation installation. She took my information and let me know Brody would call me. Never a response that week. I emailed Roark on 7/24/21 inquiring and no response. I called back into the office on 7/26/21 and spoke to office manager Lindsey and explained what I had done so far and what I was wanting. She transferred me to Brody's desk. I left a voicemail. Still no contact. Piss poor customer service in my opinion and most likely a reflection on their work. Do not recommend anyone calling them for possible jobs.

They go above and beyond of what to do. Always doing outstanding work. The crew will show up do what needs to be done and more. There is no other company like them. Every manger is very respectful and knowledgeable. They go from mowing, bed maintenance and turf treatment. The company will turn your yard into some beautiful!! If your looking for change. Highly recommend Roark. Love the company

I had an appointment today at 11AM, I stayed home from work so we could talk about our property. It's 1:45, NO CALL NO SHOW. I would not hire this company. I should have known seeing that one of the 5 Star's were done by a person with the last name of Roark. If this is the way you value your customer's time, it certainly doesn't aim too high. Thanks a lot. More reviews at more sites coming.

These guys damaged my truck while working at our apartment complex, I have been reaching out back and forth since May trying to get it resolved then today, August 18th, they’ve decided they won’t be responsible for it since there is “no proof” - I called immediately when it happened, documented where I was parked and sent plenty of pictures. They told me they’d need to see it in person which I said was fine, they never would respond to when they wanted me to bring my vehicle in, instead they just decided that they would rather blow me off, extremely disappointed at the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service.

After being asked four times to leave my garden alone, some workers destroyed my garden. My heart is completely broken. However, after speaking with them a supervisor came and they are going to replace my plants. I’m happy with how they took responsibility for the mess up and did their best to repair the damage.

Brian and his team were absolutely amazing! They worked well to establish a very nice design and executed the installation exactly as they said they would. The final result was better than I could have imagined. My yard looks like a first-class resort!

Haven't tried yet. Give a good first. If the experience is not good, I will come back and edit the comment.
