Awesome to work with. Trimmed several trees for us. Scheduling was easy and fast. Communication was awesome. Clean up was very impressive and their work is highly professional.

Everyone at Paragon Tree Care was very nice in assisting me with my 2 sycamore trees that needed attention,especially after the 2023 Father's day storm that tore off several limbs,sending them into the garage,roof abd destroying the air conditioning unit.However,I wish I had taken a "before" picture,as it would've shown a 12' wishbone limb that compromised another limb and eventually crash into the roof.Both owners Ephraim and Rebekah came out in the biting cold and surveyed the other hazard limbs.Ephraim and his team not only came out February 17th at 11,but finished in record time in 2 hours.Very good clean up,picking up the other limbs that were there before.Five out of Five stars,but I would give them a 10!

10/10 from start to finish Paragon was great. They responded the same day I submitted my inquiry and were out the next to give me a quote. They were flexible when it came to scheduling. The guys came straight in and got to work, they were finished trimming the trees and cleaning up the area within an hour or so. They even cleaned the debris off my roof. I was honestly very impressed with that as I know most companies would have just left it hoping we wouldn’t notice. The office staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful.

The quality of work that Paragon Tree Care provides not just in their services, but in their employees is something is highly respectable. Each individual on their team, whether on the crew or in their office was very knowledgeable and helpful, helping to give great information both on the phone and on the job. Each crew member seemed knowledgeable about the work they were doing, and they all worked together like a well oiled machine. And the job they did was fantastic! Everything was done with great excellence! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their trees.

Third time we've used them for serious large tree issues and removal. Always quick to respond, professional service, very ethical, and reasonably priced. Our highest recommendation.

This is an outstanding company and all of its people are amazing! Extremely professional, approachable, hard working and skilled. They did exactly what they said they would do at a fair price. After they finished they cleaned up so well you couldn’t have known they were even here. (Except for their great work that was instantly visible) I couldn’t image using anyone else after seeing how great this company and its people are. Thank you VERY much for a job extremely well done!

Paragon did a great job trimming an oak tree back from my roof and my neighbors’ roof without leaving the tree looking butchered. They finished the job and cleaned up quickly. I’m very happy with their work!

Ephraim and his Team, Paragon Tree Care did the best job trimming our trees yesterday. They gave us an accurate estimation of the work planned with detailed pictures of our trees along with a distinct plan of what they were going to do. They arrived with all the equipment needed and did a stellar job of trimming our trees. Paragon Tree Care was the best company and most professional that we have ever employed to care for our trees. I hight recommend PTC without hesitation what so ever for your tree care. We will be utilizing Paragon Tree Care again for our tree care for their expertise!

I have used several tree service companies but Paragon Tree Care is the service to use. I am very impressed with their professional appearance and price competitiveness. They have free quotes, are very knowledgeable explaining the reasons how and why they would prune the tree . Pruning and cleanup only took about 45 minutes. The crew was very respectful of my property and friendly. I will be using them for my next project. I highly recommend them!

We compared bids from 3 different tree companies to prune a signature tree in our yard. Ephraim (owner) was incredibly professional and was a genuine arborist. Their bid was not the cheapest but it was the most thorough (it also was not the most expensive). Then, the job they did was perfect! I highly recommend this company!!

I was very happy snd impressed by the entire process of having a fairly large tree removed. There was a very well orchestrated system of cutting, lowering, trimming, hauling, loading between the back yard and street. They brought all the right equipment to pull this off and were still somehow able to maneuver it all.
I was equally impressed by the cleanup and putting everything back in its place. It’s rare I find a company that I come away with as positive of an opinion of. I have no reason to not use them again and every reason to.

I was impressed at the quality of equipment this company brought to our job. They even had large panels to lay down on our yard to prevent making ruts to the back yard! Who does that? Clean up was immaculate. FYI, I only hire workers who are adequately licensed & insured and this company goes over the top in that category.

They responded to our call for emergency help quickly. Within a few hours they were on site and were at work cutting down the tree which was partially on the house. They returned the next day with a crew to remove the limbs and trunk. They cleaned up thoroughly and left no signs of being there except for the fact my poor driveway concrete gave way to the weight of the bucket truck and some ruts due to the saturated soil. I have nothing but praises for the work they performed. Prices are not the cheapest but neither it the work they did.

I am very pleased with the level of customer service and the value. Each person with whom I interacted was pleasant and very professional. I had a tree removed and the work was done completely, swiftly, and everything down to each leaf, was removed. You would never know the tree was there. We had Tony & his crew prune a HUGE tree in our front yard. We have a two-story house and the tree is taller than our house. The tree is SO beautiful now! The price was excellent. After they finished there was not one bit of debris left anywhere on the property. We are going to have him prune four huge trees in our backyard next. Tony gets our highest recommendation.
