I have used The Carpetsmith for over ten years. They do a GREAT job of cleaning stains and repairing carpet, even perfectly matching pieces of carpet that have been damaged beyond restoration. Scott is friendly and professional and is excellent at what he does.

Dumbfounded in a GOOD way. We had a carpeted room w urine stains. We did the deep clean (non-topical) option. I was shocked how much better our home smells now. The deep odor treatment was pricey but worth it.
