Metro is the best pool service in Tulsa, hands down. Service is great. Love working with Nate and his crew. My pool always looks great.

I have used Metro Pool for several years to open and service my pool.
Two weeks ago my pool pump impeller shattered. I called Paul and he was on site and had the pump repaired within a few hours.
Every time I call Metro I get a call back quickly to access my problems and to figure out a course of action on repair .

Nate from Metro Pools was able to winterize my pool the same day that I had called in to make my annual winter appointment. Now, that's service! He also helped me install my cover, completing it just in time before the annual dumping of the leaves from the giant trees around my pool. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail to make sure that all of the lines were secure and prepared for the eventual spring opening. Thanks!

Metro Pool has provided full services for us, including maintenance, openings, closings and installing and maintaining our pool cover. They have always been friendly, prompt, thorough and professional - and our pool has been in great shape ever since we signed on. Recommend.

Metro Pools did a fantastic job closing our pool last fall and opening it in May. As new pool owners it was very important to get this right. Metro was very helpful in helping us understand the process and getting it right the first time. They also did a great job installing our pool cover! We will use them to help us as long as they are available!

Paul and his family have done electrical work on my pumps as well as pool maintenance and opening and closing the pool. I highly recommend them for any service relating to pool systems. I have used Metro Pool for at least 5 years now. They take care of everything for me as I travel and it's nice to know the pool is always ready to go. They consult with me multiple times throughout the year as to the timing and optimization of opening and closing and have gone above and beyond for me through the years before I completely handed the reins over to them. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been dealing with Metro Pool for many years and I have to say that their service is top Notch….Paul is a super easy and nice person to deal with…… recently had a filter replaced and the work was superb together with the price. I would never use anybody else.

I have had Metro Pool Service clean and provide chemicals for my pool for the past three years and they do a great job! Paul and everyone in his office are very responsive, respectful and cheerful. They leave my pool spotless each week. Metro also covers/opens my pool and provides chemical checks in the winter.

I'm surprised at all of the 4-5 stars. I guess it depends on who you get to service your pool. I came home after a service to the chlorine tablet holder laying on the side of the pool with the holder piece missing, pool light cover off and cracked, and a once clear pool completely cloudy. And there's the occasional gate not being closed when the work is done. I called the office and texted the pool guy my findings and his response was that he accidentally dropped the bottom half of the chlorine holder in the pool. No mention of what happened to the pool light, why the pool water was very cloudy or response when I told him he should have informed me and not let me come home to that mess. The office never responded back so I ended up cancelling my service and getting another pool company. The new pool company, before I even hired them, started reversing the effects of the poor chemical mixture added to the pool. Once they completed the estimate for weekly services the pool had already started to be noticeably clearer. I highly recommend looking at other pool companies before considering Metro Pool Service.

Updating to "1 star" for the dishonest reply. I called the office and left a message on their answering machine (in addition to the email cancelling my service) with no response. This is the same process I used when I couldn't make a payment on their system and received a very prompt call back then. This will be my last comment as I won't waste anymore time going back and forth. My recommendation and feedback above still stands, even more so now.

So I have been in contact with Metro since July or August last year trying to get service. Was told call in January and get me on the schedule. Schedule a service repair for filter and maybe a leak. First guy came out and did amazing job. Found no leak just a clog. Then scheduled another appointment for filter and sand. Sent second guy out and he found a second problem. Came out next day and filter is good as new. But told that I need to have easier access to my pool before the put me on a schedule. I had a new fence put up and waiting on gate to be finished. But still it will be a walk around cause the lat home owners put the gate on the further side. I told them it's work in progress but also takes time till I can get it going do to fence guys. I mean I'm about helping and making there job easy just like I help there guy carry sand to the back. But I found three companies that said there guys aren't lazy and can service my pool.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff, prompt and thorough response time, competitive pricing, treated us and our property with respect. Absolutely recommend them!

We have a brand new inground pool and the time we opened it we had a white Sediment, probably calcium settling on the bottom and on the edges three pool companies came out and did not remove the settlement. However, they did leave a bill. Christian showed up from Metro. I asked him his plan and decided I’d give it one more shot. I’m extremely happy now he was the first one to do it and do it right.

Nate is incredible, he has worked on our pool several times. I had him come out to install a new pump and it was determined my pump is working efficiently and not in need to repair. Thank you.

My Loop-loc cover lasted 25 years but finally began to fall apart. In need of a new cover, I contacted several companies claiming to carry Loop-loc but learned that they were not Loop-loc. At last I came upon Metro Pool Service, who, indeed, carried the Loop-loc brand. Paul was very responsive to my needs and actually researched the registration number on my old cover, only to discover that we had purchased it in 2009 from Metro Pool Services!
Without delay, Paul ordered my new cover. The price was very competitive with other comparable covers and considerably less than the other Loop-loc supplier. Metro even accommodated my request to wait until after October 13, 2024, to install the cover. They will deliver the new cover, repair any of the the anchors in my deck that need work and install the new cover. I am extremely pleased with the ease of the transaction and the courteous interaction with the Metro employees, from office staff to sales rep. I would highly recommend Metro Pool Service.

I’ve been using Metro Pool Service for 6 years. They are outstanding. I have the owner saved in my contacts, and we communicate whenever there is an issue with my pool and it gets resolved extremely fast. I have recommended them to my friends with pools also. Just an outstanding experience.
