I have worked with Kevin with Pro Steam for some time now as a regular vendor for my company. He is always prompt to respond and does a wonderful job everytime. His customer service exceeds expectations everytime. I highly reccomend Pro Steam to customers and friends often for all their Upholstery cleaning needs.

This was our first time engaging Pro Steam to help us with our carpets and tile. We have used other carpet cleaners and the results were no near the outstanding work that Kevin, and his son, Dalton, did for us.

The results were amazing. We thought the grout in our tile was tinted. After Pro Steam cleaned our tile, we were surprised to see that the grout was demonstrably lighter than we thought it actually was (hint: not tinted).

Carpet cleaning results were just as impressive. Our carpets look brand new.

Great care was taken to protect our home by Kevin and Dalton. They even installed bumpers for our door frame to ensure it would not be damaged by their equipment. No one else that did carpet cleaning for us ever did that.

We will have Pro Steam to our house every year to keep our carpets and tile looking great! Recommended without any hesitation.

We used Pro Steam to clean our carpets after purchasing a home. The previous owners had several cats and there were some smells we were worried about being permanent. Dalton cleaned all of our bedrooms and closets and the house smells amazing and the carpet looks great! He even treated specifically for our concerns. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their floors cleaned!

Kevin was super quick to respond and get me scheduled! He even let me last minute (I’m talking the day before) add a rug cleaning to my upholstery cleaning. Very accommodating! Dalton arrived on time and was incredibly kind! He tackled all the things in under an hour and had them looking brand new again! Will absolutely be using them again for carpets as well.

I had a great experience with them and really appreciated their service! I used them for both my kitchen tile and carpets. They gave me an estimate over the phone and were able to fit me in their schedule the same week (twice because of an error on my part!) Kevin was friendly and professional, and they are fast and very well priced. My carpets unfortunately had some cat urine staining from a stressed kitty, and he added an enzyme treatment for me. The smell leftover from the cleaner was fresh and pleasant smelling which I appreciated as someone who can be sensitive to harsh smells! I would definitely recommend them.
