This shop is a great staple of our local community. Amazing service! I'm a first time home owner and I bought my first large area rug 2 years ago. Fast forward to adopting 2 large dogs, a cat and living life and having accidents. Spot cleaning wasn't cutting it. I was supposed to be hosting my first family Thanksgiving this year at my house and I had so much anxiety that my house smelt I because I couldn't clean my rug decent. (Also my mom commented on it the last time she came over, and told me to get a new rug. I was devastated, I love this rug.) I search through all kinds of reviews of and decided on this shop because it was closest to my house, and had so many other great reviews.
What a great decision. I talked with Ryan and told him how this was my first rug and how I had no idea what I needed to do, and asked him to be honest about the quality of my rug, and whether or not my rug was worth having a quality cleaning or not. He walked my through the whole process of their pricing and then he talked to me about different rug types and how they hold up over time and how they not only clean a rug but repair it too. (Your rug dr's not gonna do that).
I don't know why but I didn't think anybody else would want there rugs and homes clean for the holidays, and surprise surprise I'm not the only one with this great idea. They're shop was super busy and they still took time to help me unload my rug, talk me through the whole process and give me a realistic estimate of how far out it would be till they could get to my rug. They held true to their word and got me my rug back the day before Thanksgiving, when they called I asked how late they were open and they said they were open till 5 but they could stay late for me if I couldn't get there in time. I couldn't and they stayed open for me till I got there at 5:30.
It's rare that you can find such great customer service. These are really great people and they are definitely professionals in their field.
I'm happy to say my mom approved of my rug on Thanksgiving day, and my house smells so much better, and I get to keep loving my rug for years to come because now I have a place that can maintain it properly!

Ryan and his team always do beautiful work on cleaning my rugs. I have been a client for years. On some of my wool rugs he has removed the fringe and put on a binding that matches the rug. He cleaned one pad and even replaced one when needing a new one. Speedy, thorough, and professional.

Excellent cleaning. These two door-entry rugs were quite abused and dirty. Now they look good as new. The service was also top-notch and they made sure I was 100% satisfied.

Ryan is super knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are reasonable and the rugs turn out great! We've done at least 4 cleanings with him and would definitely recommend him!

Radicans did an excellent job on our 8 year old rug.

We got a puppy and the puppy took a liking to our rug, using it as a potty pad. Radicans was able to clean the rug up nicely. They had the rug longer than initially expected but communicated with the progress/success which was the reason for the longer turn-around.

We have never used a professional rug cleaner before and we are glad we chose Radicans!

Small little rug shop that does both cleaning and repairs! I got a cheap rug that had badly damaged edges (totally ragged and shredded from cats) and got it repaired and cleaned. It looks fabulous now! They offer options for both hand sewn repair and machine edge repair. I chose machine edge and here are my results.

When our rug was returned, my wife and I were amazed at how clean and vibrant it looked. You can really see the difference in the before-and-after photos—both on the back, where stains were visible, and on the top, where the dirt had dulled the color.

We’ve had this rug in our family for years… my parents purchased it in Turkey during a family vacation and it recently got passed down to my husband and I. So, we wanted a pro cleaner to refresh it before placing it in our dining room. Radicans was an easy choice. Ryan was easy to communicate with and hand delivered our rug in perfect condition at a time that was convenient for us. He was super kind and helpful. 5 glowing stars for Radicans! I needed a rug cut and the edges rebinded because it was too wide. Not only did Paul make it happen he did an amazing job!! I had called numerous companies and no one really does this anymore until I found Paul! He also does so much more anything you can imagine with rugs or carpet from cleaning to installing and repairing, trust me he’s your Man!!

Called with overly tough job. Joe and helper showed looked at situation and immediately got started. Alittle stain faintly returned. Call Joe he was not surprized after what he saw so plan a second trip to work on it again. Excellent cleaners and team. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend.
