My son broke an ink pen and it left several green ink spots in the carpet. I tried everything I could think of to remove the stains without success. I spoke to Janes and explained the situation, he was confident he could remove the stains. He and his crew arrived when he said he would and within 30 minutes the stains were gone….incredible. I highly recommend his services.

Very professional experience today! Confirmation call the day before and 1/2 an hour prior to arrival which I greatly appreciated! They cleaned all my tile, all my carpets, and my wool and silk Turkish carpet hand made and hand selected while in Turkey! I was a little nervous about that carpet. It took a couple of hours, two guys, and I watched them run back and forth focused on doing an outstanding job! They even put dryers on the carpet as they went and made two passes on the landing at the bottom of the stairs. I was really impressed and surprised at the professionalism. Unexpected, because I have struggled to find contractors that seem to really care about the result of the work they do. My home feels clean. Thank you!

We had a mix up with our utilities and gave Two Sheas the run around with our crazy schedule. James was super understanding and helped us out to get our home ready for move-in! He was super honest and didn't upcharge for a service we thought we needed, which saved us some money. 100% reccomend and will call again!

After a recent remodel, I was convinced that we would need to replace our carpet. Two Shea's pulled off a miracle and the carpet looked brand new! They did such a good job I asked to clean another one and the team was able to accommodate this request during the same visit. Their team was prompt and professional. I would absolutely use them again!

We had a fantastic experience! First, they did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. Moving into a house we recently purchased, we had 5 rooms, an upstairs landing, staircase and long hallway needing to be cleaned. We met James, who was knowledgeable and very friendly. While the overall cleaning was more than satisfying and their prices are competitive, the reason behind 5 stars was their patience and flexibility. Due to several uncontrollable mishaps, we had to reschedule multiple times on our end. James was always understanding and willing to accommodate. He ultimately ending up coming on very short notice, customer service like we experienced is hard to find! We plan to have our rugs and furniture professionally cleaned once we are fully moved in and Two Shea's is who we will call.

I have used this company twice now and they have done a very good job at communicating as well as getting the couches cleaned for my tenants apartment very quickly completed and everything looks brand new. I will continue to use them for jobs around my units. Absolutely would recommend them.
