My carpet looks and smells amazing!!! Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and he was quick but thorough. Pricing was more than fair and the whole process was seamless. Thank you for freshening up my home for the holidays. I will be a lifer with Complete Carpet!

Thank you! I was very pleased with the service. The company was excellent at communicating with me. They showed up when they said they would. The carpets looked great! There was a lot of work to get finished, but they did so in a timely manner. I'd recommend them and use them again.

After conducting thorough research on reputable companies in Tulsa known for outstanding customer service, I selected Complete Carpet. They exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of work. Their communication was clear and professional, and the booking process was straightforward with transparent pricing. Additionally, they called to inform me of a delay, providing a one-hour advance notice, which I appreciated. With four dogs and five teenagers in the household, the carpets see frequent use, yet they made them look and smell like new.

Nathan did a great job on our carpets! He was on time and explained the whole process before he started. He was even able to get all the old pet stains out! We also added sanitization and the carpets smell amazing (like essential oils, not perfume). They're also very transparent on their pricing which I appreciate. Will definitely use this company again!

My carpets look fantastic and more importantly, it smells fantastic! They had a technician available in the same week. He came right on time, was very informative about the process and options for follow up if ever needed. He was quick and efficient, would use again!

Fast scheduling, amazing price, great work. Very communicative and professional and easy to work with. Three years of stains on our white carpet are nearly all gone, even on the stairs. And it only took about 2-2.5 hours total. Will be using again. (Photo taken about an hour after cleaning, so I’ve walked on it and the nice designs left by the vacuum are gone, but you would not believe what this floor looked like earlier today! My daughter dropped blush that broke on the carpet, I later dropped lipstick on it, there were black marks and what looked like milk, it was bad. Justin even got out most of the red permanent marker my son drew all over the carpet in several areas [only one tiny spot he couldn’t get all the way up! Did not expect any of those spots to come out at all]. Wish I had taken before and after pics.)

Good job cleaning carpet but ask for Justin. Nathan talks waaaaay too much about things that aren't even related to the job. Unprofessional subjects. I recommended them to my sister and she said Nathan talked for almost an hour before starting the cleaning. I've used other carpet cleaners before who do just as good a job and don't swing ipad around and ask you for a tip. I don't tip my electrician or plumber, why should I tip these guys?
