We had to have a couple of areas stretched and they were very professional from scheduling to finishing the job. I should have called them first, because another outfit actually came over to look at it and never heard from them again. So yeah.

Unfortunately, we did not share the experience others have. We've recently moved into a house and we wanted the carpets and wood floors cleaned. The previous owners had pets and there is still a lingering "pet" smell throughout the house. We used our own carpet cleaner and pulled a large amount of filth out of the carpet after Pristine cleaned them.

I had Pristine Carpet & Tile Cleaning clean the carpets at our new house and do a deep clean of our old one in preparation for selling. They did a great job with both. With the old house in particular Maria and Stacey went well beyond what we expected. Would definitely use again in the future.
