Robert came the day I called and did an amazing job cleaning up my carpets after a new pupp! In the past wet carpets smell worse before they get better. I do not know what he uses but my house smelled amazing and the carpets felt amazingly soft as well I would highly recommend and have saved his number in my phone to call anytime I have a carpet cleaning need or “emergency”

Absolutely amazing. I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies in the past and this was by far the most noticeable results. He was so kind and professional!

Quick, informative, and transparent. The technician answered all my questions and did a very thorough job. High traffic areas look MUCH better. And gotta love that the solution they use is non toxic and safe for my family.

Chase was friendly, he vacuumed first, pretreated, paid attention to the spots and work very efficiently. He will be cleaning my carpets for years if I get my way.

We had our kitchen tile floor cleaned and resealed. It looks like a new floor now. We were very pleased with the service and the communication of schedules, arrival time, etc. Everything was done punctual and professional.

What a great service! We thought our couch was ruined forever.. blue dog’s team came in and gave us a total refresh, including getting some really gnarly stains out of the cushion where our dog sleeps!

The owner is very friendly and sweet. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Love that they have the deodorization option as an add on for people with pets. Carpets looked great after!

A good experience with this company. I scheduled online and received an email of my confirmed appointment. Also received a text when he was on his way. Was on time! Did a good thorough job and was professional and pleasant. Carpet looks great! Highly recommend.

Chase was very professional and delivered on what he said. My floors look brand new! I left the house while he worked and it looked so good when I returned! Exceptional service coupled with a fair and reasonable price!

Had an appointment for 9am scheduled, called 30 min into appointment to find out it had been rescheduled (without any notification) to 2pm that day. Got a call 1:51 pm and was told eta 30 min. Didn't arrive until 2:41pm. Did excellent work, but if my wife hadn't been available to deal with the vast disparity in appointment times i would have been completely out of luck. Chase was professional but didn't take ownership of being late. Wouldn't recommend or reuse services for poor communication.

I'm sorry if the owner feels entitled to good reviews for poor communication, but a first impression is everything for me. I chose to use bluedog because of their stellar reviews and I wish that I could have been one of them. Im never excited to write a poor review, in fact if you'll check my history you'll find this to be my only review because this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth.

Below its stated several attempts to notify me were made but I have no email, call, text or voicemail from the owner outside of the call made by him mentioned below at 1.51 pm to state service was en route (30 min out, 10 min until the reschedule).

Additionally being outside of the service area was never mentioned to me until after service had been completed. Had I known that my buisness was such an inconvenience, I would have kept looking for a service provider.

Chase neglected to mention I paid him within moments of work completion, the only delay being a conversation to express my disappointment of how this situation was handled on his end.

I wish bluedog luck, because they seem capable of quality work. I only hope they are prompt and upfront regarding appointments with future customers.

5/5 stars! They did an amazing job at cleaning my couch. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to use them & recommend their service to friends and family!

On time. So thorough. My furniture looks amazing. Love that the cleaning agent they use doesn't have a strong odor either. I will use them again and refer to friends and family.
