They were excellent! So easy to work with and communicate with. Very quick to get a quote back to me and on the schedule. They did quality work in a timely manner. The price is extremely affordable. The technicians were extremely kind and easy to talk to. I will for sure be using only them from now on! My windows are so clean! Makes such a huge difference.

I just got my windows cleaned by an incredibly professional and hard-working individual by the name of Chaz. He got right to work on the outside of my house while I was coming home from work and finished the inside very quickly and my house looks brand new again.

Showed up promptly at appointment time and text 30 minutes before to let me know they were coming.Josh from sapphire did an excellent job on cleaning my chandelier and two of my globe light fixtures. I was quoted 90 minutes for the job and that is exactly how long it took them!

Zach arrived on time, was polite, wore booties, had a good work ethic and did a great job cleaning windows inside and out plus a skylight while being careful not to damge the metal roof while walking on it. Zach was unable to clean 3 upper windows and a skylight becaue the batteries operating thier closed shades were dead. Zach's excellent counterpart Dillon, returned to replace the dead batteries and clean the windows and skylight. Guys definitely exceeded explanations.

I want to specifically recognize Alton, a field employee with Sapphire Window Cleaning, because he is exactly what you hope for when you need strong customer service.

Due to freezing temperatures, power washing in our parking lot had to stop unexpectedly, which left ice patches on the ground and resulted in extremely dirty windows near our entrance the next morning. I called to report the issue, and Alton was promptly sent out.

He immediately communicated what needed to be done, let me know he had to get additional salt to safely melt the ice, and proactively told me he would take care of all the windows as well. Throughout the situation, Alton remained calm, professional, and solution-focused. He never became defensive, he genuinely just wanted to do the right thing for the customer.

We had two chandeliers cleaned by this company, and they did an amazing job! Both chandeliers look brand new and are sparkling and spotless. Mind you, we had them cleaned about 3 months ago and they're still spotless in the pictures! Their attention to detail was truly impressive, and the price for both was very affordable, especially considering the quality of the work.

What really set them apart, though, was their kindness and professionalism. They even surprised us with a jar of cookies afterward, and I’m not exaggerating when I say they were the best cookies I’ve ever had! It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, care, and such a personal touch.
