House Cleaning reviews in Tulsa, Oklahoma

My house was scheduled to be cleaned today. I have a 3000 square-foot home and was charged accordingly for a deep clean to include sweeping and then mopping the floors doing the baseboards, windowsills and blinds. When I returned home, the floors had not been swept or mopped the windowsills had not been cleaned. The hallways had not been cleaned. Nothing was mopped or swept. The bathrooms were not cleaned.They sent one person to clean a 3000 square-foot home. At this point I’ve left multiple messages for someone to return my call and yet have been contacted. I would definitely not recommend this company they overpromise and under deliver. As far as I’m concerned, they might as well have stolen $300 from me .

Lydia does an excellent job. She is always on time, stays busy working the entire time she is in the house and doesn’t leave until everything is very clean. We just started Cottage Care this year because Our previous housekeeper after 15 years retired. We tried Angies list first to find a replacement. We have a large home and the Angies list girl did not even finish the first level, downstairs. So we decided to try Cottage Care. The first girl did both up and down stairs and we were very satisfied. We decided we liked cottage care and had Them come out again and this time we got Lydia. Lydia finished the upstairs and downstairs And we were most satisfied. We request Lydia every time now and everything sparkles!

We are most pleased with the Cottage Care service as a whole compared to other home cleaning services and would recommend.

Our house is cleaned by Mary. She is super friendly, and thorough. With all the dust and allergies that come in from outside it's a miracle to have someone do such a good job. I would highly recommend cottage care; they have so far been super friendly and warm to my Grandmother especially. They are always willing to be sociable while they work.

We have used Cottage Care on a monthly basis for at least a year and have been very happy. I look forward to Jessica's visit every month and love how clean and fresh the house is when she leaves. She is particularly thorough and pleasant. Love her!

Kaylea cleans my father-in-law's house every other week. I love when she comes while I'm visiting because it means I don't have to spend the entire visit cleaning. My father-in-law loves her company while she is here as well. She's fast, thorough, and efficient. CottageCare also communicates well in reminding us when they are scheduled and is very flexible when Dad is going to be out of town. I highly recommend this company.

I've been with Cottage Care now for at least 5 years. I am thoroughly satisfied with their work. They are dependable, punctual and fastidious. I also like that they rotate their cleaning crews so that I don't get the same person constantly. I find this to be good because each person has their own process and by varying the process, the cleaning covers more issues in the house. I also like that they are flexible in appointments that don't interfere with tasks I have to do out of the house that are as flexible in scheduling as Cottage Care is.

I recently had surgery, and I needed a cleaning service to help me during my recovery. I am a homemaker so my house cleaning is very important to me. I am so happy that I found Cottage Care. I am very pleased with the top to bottom clean that I receive everytime the ladies come. I am very comfortable with them being at my house, and they are so friendly! I highly recommend Cottage Care over the other services in town.

I have used Cottage Care for over a year now and I have always been happy with them. With our last cleaning, Sofie did an incredible job! As a mom who works full time, it's so nice to have the stress of deep cleaning the house off my shoulders.

Emma and Becca were so wonderful. They did a wonderful job. The hand-scrubbed bathroom floors. They got to places I haven’t dared try to clean myself for all the dirt. All the little touches were awesome. The bed was professionally made up like you see get five star hotels. The toilet paper ends were folded. We had a medical emergency and had to leave them and didn’t return until late. The left the house sealed up tight and it was so clean and welcoming. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Lovely team to work with! Specifically Dayna and Emily. They quickly address any questions or concerns you have, and it’s so lovely to walk into a clean house every two weeks. Highly recommend!

The best housecleaning service I've ever used! Wilma and Cody are great at what they do and they always leave the house looking amazing. I have a large home and they manage to get the entire thing cleaned (and cleaned well) in a good amount of time. 5 star company. Far better than the others out there.

Update: had Cathy out today (02/27/20) and she was amazing as well! Can’t say enough good things about this company and their staff.

Tiffany did an amazingly thorough job cleaning our home! She arrived earlier than expected and her attention to detail even included the cute folding of the toilet paper in each bathroom. I will definitely be using Cottage Care again.

Emily and Kennedy were amazing! They were on time, friendly, efficient, and professional, beyond pleased with the service. They cleaned the house the way I would’ve if I had the time, like going around the baseboards by hand, wiping off things on countertops and not just around them. I definitely plan to book again and tell all my sister mothers about them.

I've been using CottageCare Tulsa for 14 years. They have friendly, experienced staff that do a good job on my house. I really value being able to have the same person clean my house each time and Retha is great! I appreciate their flexibility when I need to alter my schedule and their focus on treating their staff with respect and appreciation for the incredibly hard work they do each day. I am grateful for their service.

Our cleaner was SAILOR. She did a great job. (NOTE: this is only the second time I've used a cleaning company so I don't have alot to compare to).

I would give them 4.2 stars if that was an option.

SAILOR was very friendly and flexible given our dog situation (we have a puppy that she had to contend with a little bit, nothing big). Cottage Care was able to do a deep clean for us the next day which was great. To be honest, I called several places before I called them (for no particular reason), so I can say that their price was very competitive (top 2 lowest priced out of 6 or 7 companies) and the services offered seemed to be similar (fairly close, but maybe on the lower / less services side).

Because SAILOR was alone, it took ~7 hours to complete the job. This wasn't a problem for us.

After we talked to the initial person, the manager of the branch called us and was very nice and professional.

I would recommend them.

Recommendations for them: (1) have the cleaner give us a QR code or a small printoff of the things being cleaned so we can do a check double check if we wanted -- I say this because there was one thing [tops of the living room fan blades] that didn't get cleaned that we thought was included...but this could totally be my misunderstanding, (2) have 2 cleaners per job so the total "time at home" is lower.

Cottage Care offers the highest level of cleaning and professionalism I've found in Tulsa. Emily worked here most of the day and Mackie joined in later, it required a total of 7.5 hours for my deep clean. Sophie, their supervisor, showed up to double check the work and she brought the bar up even higher with the detail. This is the first time since moving to Tulsa I don't have buyers remorse hiring a cleaning company. I was so discouraged at the lack of detail with other companies I've hired that I gave up for a while trying to find help. My house was so dirty! What a difference a clean house makes! They even worked here with my dog following them around and showed him patience and care. I truly appreciate Cottage Care!
