House Cleaning reviews in Tulsa, Oklahoma

My wife and I used Maids of Tulsa to have our new house cleaned prior to moving in. My wife specifically asked if they would wash walls and baseboards, along with dusting light fixtures and ceiling fans. She was assured they would do all of that. She made sure they would wash the walls and baseboards because we wanted to paint everything before completely moving in. Again, she was assured that would be done. The maids were very friendly, but did not clean the walls or baseboards well. Seems like they just lightly dusted everything, which is not helpful when the wall is actually dirty and needs scrubbing. I had to clean up everything myself before painting. There were also cobwebs in all the corners of the baseboards. I am extremely disappointed with how everything turned out. I was charged $120 for almost 2 hours of light dusting. I will not be using this service again. Prior to writing this review, my wife has tried to reach out to the owner by leaving two messages. Still have not received a response.

I love Maids of Tulsa, they are trustworthy which was the most important thing to me when choosing someone to clean my home. They are always on time and do a wonderful job. They are also very good with pets, which was also a high priority to me. I get a text notification when they are complete, which I really appreciate. They are affordable too! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to take the load off yourself.

I love Maids of Tulsa!! Our first cleaning was while we were moving out of our old apartment and into our new home. Karen was the one that came to clean and she did such an amazing job, and she was so nice and professional. I have them come clean a few times a month now!! I recommend them to my family and friends all the time. We have tried other cleaning companies in Tulsa, BA etc. and there is NO ONE like them! =)

This is the second deep clean I’ve had from Maid of Tulsa (the first was in 2016) and both have exceeded my expectations! My house looks, smells and feels SO clean. They paid attention to baseboards and windows, air vents, and doors- all of those things that I don’t get around to often enough. The women were all friendly and respectful, and they were WORKING. It was amazing how much they got done. I’m finally going to get set up with regular service so I can enjoy this feeling more often!

We used Maids of Tulsa for years and sadly the quality has gone down tremendously. The quality of weekly cleanings were hit and miss. They used to have several employees and now they have 2. One employee most people don’t want cleaning their house. The owner is noncommunicative. They cancel and move your cleanings with no response - even on a holiday week. Cleaning companies are a dime a dozen nowadays and it’s too easy to find a much better company than this one!

Pathetic service they took the money and never sent the maid i kept on asking for my money back but they sent me and scammed me. Never ever use this company they are all scammers

BEWARE: owner lies. One of my prerequisites when hiring this company was their ability to have a cleaning team arrive between 8 and 9 AM. The owner assured me that she could do that. I later found out that the cleaning teams aren’t even dispatched till 9 AM. The arrival time was almost 9:30. I had given the owner the name and phone number of my contact at this property so the cleaning team could call her if they had trouble finding the place. The owner spaced off this information and called me on the day of the appointment wanting directions. Rather than point out her error, I took the call from the team and gave them my contact’s number who was waiting for them at the property. The fact that the owner blatantly lied to me about the fact that she would have a team there before nine is inexcusable. I will not do business with someone who not only lies, but apparently isn’t intelligent enough to follow simple instructions.

Excellent attention to detail. Home is so fresh and clean when Bliss is finished! Wonderful customer service. Have been cleaning my home for 10+ years. I highly recommend Bliss!!

Bliss is certainly what I feel as the wonderful people from this service just unearthed my house from its dog-hairy, dust-covered unattended state and restored it to sparkling. I can "feel" the difference. Thank you so very much.

this company was hired to clean a brand new house before a family was to move in. on move in day, they realized the house had not even been touched! it was absolutely filthy. the floors were so disgusting, that when they picked up their infant, his clothes and hands were covered in dirt.
they have reached out multiple times to the business owner, breeann, and there has no response to either phone calls or emails.
then, an arbitrary $60 was refunded to them, still without a word or contact from the business. this is completely unacceptable and they are requesting a FULL refund. business owner will still not return calls and now her voicemail is “full”
highly unprofessional and should honestly be ashamed of themselves.

The cleaning crew for Bliss Maid Services were professional and courteous. They did a great job of deep cleaning the house. The house looks clean and smells fresh. I would recommend their cleaning services.

My wife and I work at home so we are here a lot times when Bliss Maid Service is cleaning. They did an original deep clean and then have kept our home at that level since then. They have done everything requested and with a smile. I would recommend Bliss Maid Services anytime.
