Our small family owned company has always hired our cleaning out to personal friends but when we moved to a bigger building, it was going to be a bit much for our sweet friend. I suggested we use Final Touch cleaning and they have been phenomenal! I've never had to wait for a response. Brooke Taylor was at our new location pronto to do a walk through and get us a quote. Maddie has been a GOD SEND! She has been extremely easy to get a hold of for ANY requests. Final Touch has done their homework when hiring cleaning crews. Our crew is thorough and doesn't miss much. Final Touch is is a strong, minority woman owned business known for giving back to the community of Tulsa. Sandra Mullins is the sole proprietor and has over 37 years of experience. Not only do they offer a wide variety of professional cleaning services for their clients, they go above and beyond to let their employees know they care about them. FTCC and each of their team members is one of the few janitorial companies where you don’t feel like just another number. I would truly recommend to anyone!

Shannon and Marcella just completed a deep clean and it's wonderful! My house hasn't been this clean in awhile. I'm sorry I didn't act on this sooner. I'm very pleased and look forward to seeing them again. Molly Maid was a good decision.

Initial review below. I was very excited at first and happy with the results, until I noticed a huge, 2.5-3ft scratch in my wood floor, from them moving the couch to clean behind it. Also some significant scratches from moving a wire basket I had on the floor too. They didnt mention anything to me about it either. I called and left a message, and I’m awaiting their response to see how this will be resolved. Leaving the initial rating and review for now, but will update once resolved.

Gladys and Mary were great and did an incredible, thorough job, in just 2 hours. I was able to request the estimate and have them scheduled in the same week, and I’m very happy with their work, especially for the price! Very happy and definitely will have them come back in the future!
